Ordered wings on the app, it allowed me to place it without issue. Arrive at the store, and first they tell my sons that they don't see our order. Then when I go in they tell me that they don't have the wings available to fulfill my order. I told them I'd accept different flavors. Yall, they didn't even have enough thawed out wings to do one of my sons orders. They said they tooknwings out of the freezer, but tbose wint be thawed out for 72 hours!!!! Are they just nit going to have wings availabe for 3 days? They offered me chicken to replace the wings, but we don't care for their regular chicken. App has no option to cancel my order, more than $50. Am awaiting a response from customer service to get my money back.And to top it all off, the young lady working the drive thru was yelling at another young lady working there at the top of her lungs. I mentioned the bad energy that was giving and the manager said " what bad energy?" I guess that's the norm there ?♀️

Took over 40 min to go trough the drive trough line with only 4 cars infront of us. 2 of those 4 cars drove off. Once we finally got to the window we could clearly see the 2 visible employees on their phone.

I got the chicken sandwitch classic and these people put a plain chicken breast and spicy sauce on the sandwitch. No crust on the chicken breast and not classic. It doesn't even LOOK appetizing. If I could post pictures I would bc its ridiculous that a chicken place CANT MAKE A CHICKEN SANDWICH

My recent visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen left much to be desired. Despite placing my order promptly, I found myself waiting an unreasonably long time for my food. The lack of communication from the staff, coupled with their rude demeanor when I inquired about the delay, only added to my frustration.The extended wait time tested my patience, and the staff's impolite response to my query was disheartening. The service was utterly slow and inattentive, leading to a long wait to both place and receive my order. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. The chicken was overcooked and dry, not the juicy delight I anticipated. Additionally, my order was incomplete, and the staff’s response to this issue was frustratingly indifferent. This visit was a letdown, and I hope it’s not a sign of declining standards at Popeyes.

This place sucks when you place a mobile order to be picked up at 4:05pm and you have to wait tell 4:35 to get that order need lot more training and better cooks, order was wrong ordered 4 strawberry biscuits, only received 1 most of the chicken and sides where cold because it sat on the counter for 20 min for more chicken to cook for them to get 2 more pieces for my 12 peice. Not sure why they couldn't just put two of the chicken already sitting there done but whatever. WILL NEVER BE BACK THIS WAS MOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION IT HADS BEEN A ITTLE BUT SINCE I BEEN BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED THEY NEED TO BRING CHURCHES CHIKEN BACK TO COLLEGE STATION

I've never gone to a place that had messed up my order as bad a this popeyes, this was my first but not last time going. The only reason im going back is to get my refund for the missing items that should have been put in the bag after i noticed the mistake. Not one thing was right even the attitude.
