I placed my order to eat in and it came out as a to go order. My flatbread pizza was shoved in a round small salad bowl and in a pile. I had to eat it with a fork and the salad only had two very small pieces of chicken but am over abundance of egg. The quality of the food and the handling of the food was below what I am used to when eating at other locations. The tables were all dirty so I had to wipe one off and I had to listen to the manager, who was very involved in a conversation with the employees about how much they make in a day. There was no customer service, no thank you or come back again. I love to eat at different Schlotzsky's when I am traveling and this location is hands down the worst experience.

UPDATE: IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING, OWNER CONTACTED ME FOR SUPPORT DUE TO MY REVIEW. I would like to thank and revise my review due to Owners support of their customers. Thank you for supporting your customers when mistakes happen.The young lady seemed new and timid, unsure of herself as if her first job. I was trying to be delicate with her as customers, and new jobs can be intimidating at times. But the quick response of the Owner told me this is a 1st class establishment and if in town again, I will remember this restaurant.I do recommend eating at Schlotzsky's at this location. My only recommendation would be to lay the meat evenly on the sandwich. Don't clump a wad in the middle, eating large portions of raw bun on the perimeter of half the bun. And since I am saying this, and Owner seems diligent and supportive on other issues, I am sure he will fix this issue too. We all go through learning spells, and I am appreciative to go through one with such a nice Owner.Thank you ?.***************************ORIGINAL REVIEW: Charged me 3 times. For same one sandwich. And charged me for extra large king size original sandwich when I asked 3x for original large. Pretty upsetting. And sandwich missing meat on half of bun, clumped onto center of bun alone.Since they overcharged for XXL, what do I do for a refund as a drive-thru customer from out of town? And a young woman charged me three times!!!I had to ask to have my meal bagged, so instead, they handed me a bag when they still had my boxed sandwich to-go, and I had to do everything myself. So what did I tip the woman $1. Cash for?

Had an issue with a food item at this location. I called to let the manager know that I had mold on my turkey on the "Turkey Bacon Ranch" sandwich. First, I was corrected by the manager: "We don't have a Turkey Bacon Ranch".Myself, "oh, I meant the Turkey Bacon Club". Then, I said "well , I was about to eat my sandwich and then I saw that the turkey looked like it had mold on it. The manager told me "none of our meat has mold on it. It's all frozen" I said "Sir, my turkey has Green Mold on it". He replies "No, I'm not giving you a refund because it's not molded"I went up there to speak with him. I was asked to wait 7 minutes to speak with manager all for him to tell me, "I gave you a refund" and walked away while I was talking.For anyone reading, if this isn't mold, can you tell me what it is?It's one thing for an employee to be rude, but for a manager to have a piss poor attitude is UNACCEPTABLE.Let's be sure that we're giving leadership roles to capable candidates that have people skills. I'm not sure why "Brian" (if that is truly his name) was selected to be a shift lead. If he's the General Manager, then you guys are really in trouble.
