First location I been to that has the option to leave tips with credit card payment. That is awesome because I always feel bad when I didn’t have any cash to leave the car hop a tip at other locations. Maybe something new they started doing? Kudos for that! Awesome service, correct order and everything was great. From out of town but I would be back again if I were in town again.

I got the cheeseburger deal and it is tiny. It looks nothing like the picture. This has to be the worst burger I have ever gotten from sonic. If I would have known it would be sooo little I would have gotten a real meal ? please take the BURGER promo down. It’s a disappointment.

One of the worst sonics I’ve been to. I’ve gone several times and the service is horrible. My order were always wrong and the workers were rude when I inform them. One carhop (wasn’t wearing a name tag) came to help with my order that was not correct and she was very unprofessional, kept rolling her eyes and sighing. Not to mention I didn’t receive the correct change back after my order was fixed. Never going to this location again.

I tried to pick up an Uber eats order and they gave the order to someone else leaving me sitting at my stall waiting. They did remake the food but it was overall a very frustrating situation.

It was about 11:30 I ordered a #2. When I got it it was luke warm burger & tots...I was really hungry so I just ate it anyways...I know I will not go back again!!! I should have gotten to burger king like I planned on doing!!!

This Sonic is one of the worst ones. I went when there was 3 other cars so I would say it was at a slower time, and I ordered through the app. It took 7 minutes for them to bring out my 2 drinks, one of which they initially forgot. I let them know there was supposed to be another and they bring out a regular cherry limeade whenever it was supposed to be a diet limeade. My S/O has to watch their sugar intake and they can’t drink this drink. The carhop was so uninterested that I didn’t want to go back and be a bother, since they obviously have better things to do. The location visually is an indicator that they do not take pride in this location, as multiple stalls are inoperable. I guess I wouldn’t want to work there if I was the employees, either.

Was not impressed with their customer service at all. Cut us off when we weren't finished with our order. Tried getting their attention at the drive through and no one responded. Pull up to ler them know we were not finished with our order and they still got our order wrong after waiting 15 minutes. Tried to get their attention and ignored us. We are not coming to this Sonics again!!
