I only got half my food when I ordered in the Drive-Thru. I asked for the meal only got the sandwich and I wanted a large chili cheese tot and they only filled up the tray halfway. Not the 1st time. Keep your receipts.

Half the stalls are broken but they don't even bother putting cones up to alert you to that fact. Even when you get a working stall it takes them over 25 minutes just to take your order despite it not even being busy.

After trying two drive in spots found one that works... pushed red button.. said button pushed be with you soon...ten minutes later pressed again was told station was closed had to go through drive thru... never have I had a good experience at this location

Worst drive thru experience in my life. I think the guy taking my order might be autistic because we waited there for 45 mins and he finally gave me my food and then he said the card reader is Broken and took my food back when I already halfway ate it. But at least he didn't take the cherry limade I ordered and it was good

I frequently go to the Sonic as it is near my home. I love getting a Rt44 Dr Pepper with extra ice. But lately the Dr Pepper has been like water. Almost no syrup at all. I won’t be going back anytime soon. Too bad.

I think y’all need to clean out that ice cream machine. I got my blast and it smelt and tasted like spoiled milk. On top of that I think y’all need to stop giving expired toppings to the customers. I got the butterfinger one and I had a huge chunk of it in my shake. Usually it would be a flaky dry crunchy texture on the inside of a chunk that big but it was mushy… like really mushy. I’m grossed out. Not getting ice cream here again that’s for sure. Other than that my popcorn chicken was great.
