If I could give them zero stars I would, because we were 5 people they couldn't serve us, those workers in that place seem rather racist, I had never had a problem like that in a subway.

I've ordered here a few times for mobile orders and the staff have always been extremely friendly and courteous to both me and other customers. It's just a subway so take that as you want, but they genuinely have good employees that are friendly at this location. Lady at the front during the night shift was very kind to others as well.

Came for two sandwiches only two people ahead of me. Took the girl 35 minutes to make two sandwiches before mine. I used to work for subway never did it ever take me 35 minutes to make 3 sandwiches! .. never coming to this location again!

This subway used to be run by lovely, personable employees who were pleasant to buy food from. That has absolutely changed. Not only could the current employees not care less about what they do, they frequently take it out on customers. Additionally, they get angry when you come in to order food while they are talking to their friends/favorite customers. Expect to get treated like dirt here. And you might think, "oh, I could just place a mobile order! That would solve the problem!" Wrong. They somehow find a way to mess that up, too. They will spend so long doing other things, cutting up with their friends that come in to see them, or playing on their phones. Because the online orders are timed, the employees will mark the order as completed / ready for pickup, before even starting on your sandwich. Just so they can continue doing other things and save their times in the system. Overall, the employees here are dismissive, rude, deceitful, and they couldn't care less about doing their jobs. They also will charge you different prices for the same sandwich depending on who's working, so keep an eye on your receipts. We've tried this place several more times and it's always the same. Find a different location- this one's no good.
Was just screamed at and humiliated at this subway by a worker named Virgil. I am a young college student in and I just came in to get a sandwich. I walked in and had to already wait 15 mins in line to get my order. Then proceeded to be mocked and yelled at because I said medium instead of a "6 inch sandwich". Virgil was rude and degrading and made me start to tear up while just trying to get some lunch. It really honestly seemed like he had some aggression towards young women or something because I really do not know why he got so angry when I ordered I was very polite and calm. He needs to be fired. I should have honestly left but I had already waited so long I just wanted some food. Absolutely ridiculous does not need to work there if he has a problem with female customers.

Apparently cannot understand instructions. This is the third time our sandwiches have been wrong: extra lettuce means extra lettuce, my sandwich with less tomatoes shouldn't have more tomatoes than lettuce. Where is the cheese that was paid for? Why is the bread wrong? Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
