Ms Brenda greeted us with a big smile as we walked in and attended me and my kids very well. Our sandwiches made just as we asked and very attentive and communicated with us very well. I definitely recommend her service and time and the restaurant itself. Thank you Ms Brenda for our late night dinner.

I was waiting in line for my online order and the staff person was complaining about people who are so lazy that they order online instead of coming in and waiting in line. He said that he wouldn't be so backed up if it weren't for online orders. He knew I was there for an online order and looked straight at me when he was complaining to everyone and everyone turned around and looked at me. I was so embarrassed.

The older woman that works there at night is rude, purposely slow, and always piles all of the ingredients in my sandwich right in the middle of the bread. She will also complain to the customers if they come in close to closing time and even told my best friend that because she came in she wouldn't get to leave by 12. My friend went in at 10 and the subway doesn't even close until 11?? She also said there was only flatbread left when she we could clearly see the other bread in the bread warmer with the glass door. Then when I checked out, i put my chips on the counter and assumed she would charge me for a combo (my mistake I guess) and when I asked which cup to get, she said "you didn't tell me you wanted a drink" then charged me for the drink after the fact so instead of being charged for the combo meal, I had to pay for each item individually. I work in the service industry as well might I add (a much harder job at that) and it's so ridiculous that this lady makes the customers feel like they can't come in and order just because it's late in her shift. Don't go to this location.

The person claiming to be a manager was lecturing me about how I shouldn’t grab anything to help them get me out of there faster as delivery driver.She told me because of Covid I should do as she said but here’s the thing she was not masked up nor were they guarding the food properly.In fact if she was so worried about Covid she would have masked up, had gotten the stuff and had the food ready.Only one customer in the store at the time and they were moving slower than snails.She also claims to work for DoorDash, and wants to tell me how stuff should be done.I am not her employee nor do I work for subway and if anyone would spread Covid is her seeing she is breathing on the persons food!I would never go to that place ever again!

My partner and I ordered from this location for the first time yesterday through favor. While eating I noticed it had a different smell and taste from other locations we've ordered from in the past but chalked it up to it being from a different place. We should have known better. Within about 4-5hrs after eating, my partner and I both became very sick. Both of us had fevers in the hundreds and were frequently rushing to the bathroom. The one thing our sandwiches had in common was red onions. So if you have to eat there avoid the red onions, but better yet just avoid this whole location.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I placed an online order for a footling boss sandwich. I picked it up and went home. When I opened it, it was only a six inch even though the receipt says footlong. I called numerous times and no one ever answers.

Done with this location. Seriously go to rock prairie for a sandwich, they actually care at that location. The chips were the best part of my lunch here, and they cut up the inside of my mouth.

I am done with this location, I use it because it is closest to my house, but I will drive further away to another location from now on. Training is desperately needed, I just received a sandwich where the cheese was on the crease Of the bread and the sauce was all at the outside edge and most of it squeezed out into the paper and down the side of my sandwich. I've been here before where someone ordered like 20 sandwiches and pizzas and even though I was the only other customer there they would not make my order before they were done. I have also been here at lunchtime and no one was behind the counter and even though I could hear them in the back and after calling out to them they did not come out for several minutes and I ended up leaving to another subway down the road where FIVE people were working behind the counter. DO NOT EAT HERE, drive two miles down the road to another location for your sandwich.

If I could get it zero stars I would. My 2 friends and I walked in here at 9:18. The worker loudly groaned and when we asked her if they were closed she said they didn’t close until 10. Before she started making the sandwiches she loudly said, “Whatever let’s just get this over with.” She was slamming our food around, groaning, and rolling her eyes the whole time. The worst customer service I have ever received. It was 42 minutes before closing and 3 simple sandwiches. I will not be returning until she is punished or fired.

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived they claim to have not recieved my order. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed that one was not present. There is only one employee with zero supervision working in this store. He called is "manager" on his personal cellphone and said that his manager needs to call his/her manager. The manager arrived and claims that my order did not come through to her system even though I have an order confirmation number. She stated "..you need to take it up with your bank if you were charged.." This store is in need of a new manager ASAP!Update: 10 mins after leaving I received a call from the store stating that my already 20 minute late order had just come through. I'll never eat at another subway again because of the lack of customer service and work ethic at this store.
