The best kolache we've ever had and the owner was so accommodating. This is definitely going into our regular rotation.

Kolaches and Cinnamon rolls are great. I’m guessing the rest is the same, but I haven’t tried anything else.

I haven't tried everything they sell so now i have a new life goal.I've eaten many Kolaches in many places in the past 35 or 40 years. My introduction to these treats started at the Snook bakery on the highway and downtown (Legendary). What i found here was among the best that can be found. And the lady working the counter is awesome. .

Great local bakery that has an awesome selection of fruit and cream cheese based kolaches. The sausage based ones were also very flavorful. If you're a fan of spicy, you may need to ask for extra jalapeños or hot sauce.

Came here for the first time and we love it. They have a simple selection of baked goods. We ordered a bunch of jalapeño sausage and cheese, regular sausage and cheese, Boudin, strawberry cream cheese, and cream cheese. They were all delicious except the Boudin, it was ok. I had a Kolache somewhere else and I thought the normal was a sausage sliced in half, but this place gives you the whole sausage. The ration might be a little leaning on the meat heavy side, but thats how my kids and I like it.The staff are fast and friendly. She recommended everything that I ordered and we weren't disappointed. The parking lot is small, but I don't think you'll have any issues. This store is literally located next to the train tracks.

By far the best kolache in town! Not overly doughy like some and the dough has a perfect texture. All of the sweet kolaches are so good, but my favorites are any of the ones with cream/cheese. For the savory ones, their sausage is good, it’s big, juicy & snappy. I love their ham and cheese kolache, though…it’s not quite as heavy as the sausage. I can’t forget to mention the cinnamon rolls - they are indulgent! Definitely plan to get there early on weekends because they get picked over quickly!

I have to say best kolache in town! It is a little ways out of town but worth it. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Love the variety and that they have some non pork kolaches.

Very good. Fresh made fruit kolaches with lots of fruit in them. The boudin klobashnik was tasty and the owner gave us one to try for free. The sausage and cheese klobashnik was big and filling.

The best kolache place in all Bryan/College Station/Navasota area. We try n go there every weekend they have really sausages that have a good snap when you bite into them. There fruit kolaches are solid but there cinimon rolls are the best. Good job Trackside!!!
