I went in for a late lunch yesterday with my wife. We used to live in CS, and would frequent the TNC often. Great food, service, etc was spectacular.Yesterday was a HUGE disappointment. The server (who also was the cook) was on the phone from the moment we came in to the moment we left! Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. The food was mediocre this time (no chicken in the Ramen, sparse veggies, very oily), and she had ZERO interest in doing anything other than throw 2 mediocre plates of food at us while she was talking incessantly. Her tip reflected her service, which was a zero. She had zeroI don't think I will patronize this restaurant any more. It's sad, as we have had literally 50 or more great experiences here.

I got the Ramen Pork Stir Fry, on the menu is states 'Served With Carrots, Celery, Onion, Bean Sprouts And Scrambled Eggs All Stir Fried In A Brown Sauce' but I didn't see any or much of celery, bean sprouts or scrambled eggs. It was good, I was just expecting more. Service was friendly, helpful and timely. I'd go back.

Not an inviting place. I sat down and did not feel welcomed. I decided to leave.

i've been meaning to write this review for a while. this is legitimately the best ramen i've ever had in my life, and at a reasonable price. i generally get the hot spicy beef w/ ramen noodles, but have tried nearly every combination of meat, noodle, and even some of the non-noodle options such as the general tso's chicken. quick praise for the service, they're quite attentive and kind, always a pleasant experience dining here and love to see the family helping out within the restaurant. ramen: upon first impression, i was genuinely taken aback by how refreshing the broth was. i've tried ramen from many different cities and countries at this point and my general impression of ramen at sit-down establishments is that the broth tends to either skew towards being more umami, fatty, salty, or watery. typically, i wouldn't describe a standard broth as necessarily refreshing, rather satisfying, in a way that itches your typical ramen craving, but not one that leaves you feeling like you could drink this and feel rejuvenated on a hot day. this ramen's broth is refreshing. it's fresh, flavorful, not overly salty nor fatty, yet compliments the flavor of both the noodles, chili oil (optional), and toppings. when i'm away from college station, i genuinely crave this ramen, and from the texture of the noodle to the portion size, this is a 6 star ramen, a gem of college station, in my opinion. personally, i prefer the ramen noodle option over the rice noodle, but i have thoroughly enjoyed the variation of rice noodles with their seafood option. general tso's chicken: this once again is my favorite general tso's variation i've had from the many that i have tried as of yet. the chicken is crisp, flavorful, and the seasoning is very satisfying. as a pair with the fried rice, i would deduct a half point on account of wishing the chicken to rice ratio was more in favor of the chicken as the fried rice, while still excellent, is ever so slightly more peppery and soft than i prefer without the chicken to balance it out. this is a must-try in cstat. get the hot & spicy beef ramen or the chicken, put some chili oil on top of it. you won't regret it! quick note: the traditional crepe is quite expensive but i have heard a lot of praise for it from my chinese friends. eager to try that one day soon.

When coming here at first glance the business was slow. My experience was great though and the ramen is definitely one of the best I've tried in College Station. Personally, I recommend going for the soup options if you're looking for something light and refreshing. Otherwise, go for the stir-fries if you're looking for something more flavorful.

The service was not a great experience, the server was short and to the point, we asked for lemons for our water and was informed that they don't have lemons. We ordered the hot & spicy beef ramen noodles, it was temperature hot but not spicy at all. At the end of our meal there was no up-sale for desserts or anything else. This is added to long list of places not to return to in College Station Texas.

This used to be one of my go-to places to eat in college, and even now when I'm in town I love to stop in! I love the noodles and everyone in there is always very nice.

Ordered to-go online. When I got there I was asked "To-Go?" I replied "Yes", she said "just a minute". I believe they started my order then... 15 minutes later I left with the wrong thing. Not chicken Rice noodle stir fry. Oh well, soup was good.

We have gotten takeout from Twisted Noodle many times over the past several years. It was consistently delicious and the noodles were always amazing. Now that they are serving something like spaghetti noodles, I don't think we will return. Also, this time the shrimp was tough and the vegetable stir fry had hardly any vegetables. The savory crepes are still good though.

Ate here when passing through town and it has super yummy food! It came out pretty fast too, the service when we first walked in was a little slow though.

Hands down one of the places my son asks to go to often. Everything we have tasted was delicious. I recommend any of the soups but my son will not order anything other than the twisted noodles with beef. The service leaves you alone so if you need a refill you have to fight to get their attention.
