Unfriendly service. There was only one person serving all the people and after 10 minutes waiting, when it was finally our turn we were told that someone else is actually in front of us... but he was not even in line Have not ever experienced this before

This isn't a review about their establishment in any way. This is a review for the online menu and that it needs to be updated.Went for a bánh mì sandwich which is on their Google menu but it is outdated and they no longer serve bánh mi sandwiches. I tried editing it for other customers but am unable to.

Arrive at store 5 minutes prior to the hour set to pick up through the web site. Told the guys was on online order, said something to me didn't understand. Wait a couple of minutes and the other guy preparing sandwiches at one end call me and gave me my order.Not a big deal, but don't get mad at people if you are on rush hour. Which I believe it was the case.Turkey Sandwich little salty and cold but delicious.I'll definitely will go back, but not a lunch hours (12:00 pm and 1:00 pm)

Very friendly, the lady working the counter immediately noticed I'd never been there before and explained the whole process. Normally this is a stressful process, but I had a great first time eating there and the sandwich was delicious. I will be coming back here again for sure.
The store is always clean the service is always fast and the food is always delicious! The cheeseburger Wich is my favorite! The staff were friendly and helped me out. I would definitely be eating here again! Get Your Wich On!!

I'm rather confused, but I'll try to address some stuff I read in other reviews. First of all, when I went, the place was entirely empty so I can't speak to how the staff acts when they're busy, but they seemed really nice. One of them even told me a joke while making my order. As for closing early, I think that's kinda just a trend with all food places these days, so singling out Which Wich because they were the one's you caught right before closing time seems a little unfair. Ummm.. I don't have much more to say, I've never made a review before, but I was just surprised at the low rating. For reference, I'm living on a diet of fast food and TAMU dining hall food, so this was probably the best tasting thing I've had in weeks.

Always have had good sandwiches until today. Apparently when you order a Buffalo chicken sandwich you have to explicitly say you want Buffalo sauce. I’m unimpressed by this fried chicken and bleu cheese sandwich ?
