Absolutely disgusting and forever ruined my relationship with Wing Stop.Yesterday, I went to Wing Stop at this location with some friends and took the food home. I ordered Lemon Pepper Bone In. As I was eating my wings I didn’t notice anything strange till I took a bite and noticed hair. I looked over at my friends and they gagged. That wasn’t even the worst part. My friend then proceeded to pull up a flap of hair season and attached to my chicken that was apart of it. We then inspected the other chicken wings and they all had hair on them!!! I’ve been to this won’t stop a couple times before, and I always ordered boneless, but for some reason I decided to try something new. Never again. And never will I be coming back to wing stop as it has disgusted me forever.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This Wingstop has always been amazing and so courteous.But today is my birthday and I signed up for the birthday rewards not knowing it was only for corporate own Wingstops. I called and they were so kind and amazing to honor it for me. For sure the number 1 Wingstop in town on university and they really care about their customers. BEYOND HAPPY with my experience today (:Also the fries are beyonddd GOOD!

Usually I have a mediocre experience at Wing Stop, but not this time. This was my first time at this location and everything was perfect. The employees were sweet, my order was accurate down to my well down fries, and everything came out quickly. Although it’s further from my house - this is my new go to Wing place!

I'm not typically one to leave a bad review of an establishment. However, my experience at this specific Wingstop was subpar at best. I waiting for 1 hout and 30 minutes to receive my order on Sunday night. The cashier was rude and did not present the quality customer service that I have associated with Wingstop for years now. I have gone plenty times to Wingstops at different locations. I am absolutely disappointed at this location.

Try Buffalo Wild Wings instead. Cleaner, friendlier, better food, better environment. Understaffed is an understatement, and the staff that are working do not have a singular care about helping any customers. There were - I kid you not - 13 customers in the store waiting for pickup orders, myself included. I was never acknowledged even once. And when a pickup order was finally ready, after who-knows-how-long, the guy calling order names was so quiet that you couldn't hear the name. And then when no one responded, he'd throw the bag down on the nearby rack and act mad. I finally left without either of the two orders because I had been waiting for SO long. Loud restaurant. Understaffed. Rude employees. All for mediocre food.
I order my food it took 45 minutes to make my order. When I check my orders all the wings were dry also I asked for hot lemon pepper wet and nothing about those wings were hot or had lemon pepper on them .

The wings and boneless wings are practically always on point here, and the employees are very friendly and easy to talk with. Honestly, the Fries are hit and miss sometimes, but that varies with how busy they are. Overall, it's a good experience, I would recommend.
I call to put a order in they ask me to hold about time I made it there the young and was on his personal phone playing a game employee name Ricardo I ask him u left me on hold never answer the phone that is bad business for this places food great employees don't care ??Dietary restrictions: N a
