Placed an online order. Showed up 20 minutes after my order to see the staff absolutely slammed with orders. There was seriously probably 50 outstanding orders. The staff worked exceptionally fast and hard given the conditions. They all deserve a big tip. Seriously impressed with how fast they were able to get the orders done given the circumstances.

got here 20 minutes after placing my order. it said pick up in 16-21 minutes. sat in the restaurant for 40 minutes after checking out before someone asked my name for the 2nd time and my food was sitting on the shelf the whole time i was waiting there. terrible service, and food was ice cold and they wouldn’t remake it bc they were closing in 30 minutes. will never be back besides to get a refund.

Good luck getting food here. Ordered online two hours in advance. When I first walked in no one had food that were sitting at the tables, and the line was out the door. The cashier was so soft spoken you couldn't hear her over the loud music and people talking. She would yell out a name but you couldn't hear her. I asked to pick up my order and asked if it was ready. No be another 20 - 30 minutes more after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Im already 15 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. I canceled my order due to seeing what was going on in the kitchen. 3 people back there and only one person actually working. It took that one person 10 minutes to take chicken coat and put in a box because they were doing everything but getting food ready.

Absolute horrible service. This place was completely packed with people and the line to order/get orders was out the door. No body in the building had their food and the cooks in the back were just standing around talking. We cancelled our online order, that was placed the day before, and left.

Usually have a bad experience at this place but this was the worst. To start off the food is always good no complaints about that but the service is some of the worst I’ve ever received. Called to place an order and was on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, and was told I was being placed on hold again. I continued to try to order in store because maybe they were busy but was greeted by someone who then answered the phone in front of me then placed them on hold, asked what I wanted, then disregarded me again and picked the phone back up to talk to whoever was on the line after I couldn’t get a hold of somebody. Ended up walking out, Absolute worst experience I’ve had

Came here for the first time at this location. Ordered the 30pcs crew deal which had 30 classic wings, large fries, veggie sticks, and 3 dipping sauces for about $40 after taxes. We ordered the Korean Spicy wings, Garlic Parmesan, and Hot wings. All delicious especially the Garlic Parm. Overall, not a bad deal and I always felt that these wings weren't dry like Wings 'N More. They're a bit more pricier than Wings 'N More, but they're waaaay tastier and juicier.The staff are fast and friendly. I probably recommend ordering via app or online. Lots of parking and dining tables.

Probably the most foul, vile thing I have ever witnessed in my chicken wing career. After eating almost all of my wings I discovered a part of the wing that should not be in my meal and to make it worse it was covered in feathers. I do not know what to do.
