I went through the drive thru, placed my order, was asked to repeat my order 3 times. I ordered a fried house zalad, no tomatoes, with ranch.I get back to work to eat my lunch and there's bacon on my salad. The house salad doesn't come with bacon! I don't eat pork and would have asked for it without bacon! Very annoyed to pay $12 for a salad I won't eat! I tried picking out the bacon but it's all over.Disappointed in the customer service, and the quality of the food.

they never give you the sauce you want even if you ask and they repeat it back to you… clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Bland chicken. The Buffalo sauce for the boneless chicken tastes like nothing. The chicken was dry and stale. It was pretty obvious that all the food we were served was left out for hours prior [we got our food around 4]. Even the bread was soggy, the fries were firm and cold and they forgot all of the sauces. Will not be returning and would sadly not reccomend.
Disappointing. Food barely had any temperature. Obviously, it had been sitting around since it arrived before I sat at my table. Was looking forward to Zaxby's since we don't have one back home.

HORRIBLE. Me and 3 of my friends went here yesterday, we all got their chicken and now we all have food poisoning from them. We also called them to explain our situation and give them a heads up about their chicken, and one of the workers who answered flat out said whatever to my friend then hung up. UNACCEPTABLE and disrespectful.
