When I last subbed in a wonderful person named Matthew was working in the dining room. He was awesome and is the reason I would return to this Chick-fil-A.

,I made a point to find the time to write this to share with you my shock and extraordinary disappointment after our visit to your location this afternoon. Let me tell you why…My family and I foster dogs that have run out of time at the shelter. We exclusively focus on dogs that are on the euthanasia list. We drive all over Texas in an effort to save dogs and give them at least a chance to find a family. We have a family tradition… The first thing we do after we leave the shelter with our new foster pup is find a Chick-Fil-A to get them their very first pup cup and their own bowl of grilled nuggets. We have done this no less than 20 times all over the state of Texas and it’s never been an issues at all! Everyone is happy to do it.We find ourselves going to CFA for dinner a lot of the time because our dog so enjoys pup cups and we get a kick out of watching his eyes light uo.I pulled up to your particular store this afternoon, with a dog that I had pulled from the shelter about 15 minutes prior. I placed my order and do what we always do and asked for a pup cup to go along with the grilled nuggets I ordered for the dog, as well as a meal for me. I was told that the manager will not allow pup cups. I was shocked and initially thought they were joking. We’ve gotten pup cups at no less than 20 locations in Texas. (At least 15 in the metroplex.) When I got to the window, I asked to speak with the manager and Alan came out. He was a very nice gentleman. He politely advised that your particular store does not allow employees to give out the tiny treat of whip cream in a cup. Here’s what baffles me. We spend no less than $1,000 a month eating at CFA. I know whip cream and the cup it is put in is not free, but goodness gracious! A meal is almost $14. I can’t seem to rationalize why you wouldn’tAlan advised he would speak with you and share our disappointment. I really hope you change this policy. I can tell you my family with not patronize this store one more time, until the policy is changed. All of the people I’ve spoken to feel the same way. Some are even calling it greedy. Goodness gracious, we’ll get dinner from CFA sometimes solely because it brings my daughter so much joy to watch her pup enjoying a little whip cream. Please, reconsider your stance on this. It is such a small sacrifice and it brings a tremendous amount of joy to dogs and families alike. (And it’s a big reason why we frequent there so much. This matters to us.One last thing. Take a look at the photos I take and share on social media. I ALWAYS make sure your logo is showing in the pictures and rave about how much we love CFA. Isn’t that free advertising worth the twenty cents a pup cup might cost you? On average, my post reach 33,000 people a week.Thank you.RB

Grace was extremely rude about my name and continued to cut me off. She belongs at Arby's with that attitude.

No shade to other Chic-Fil-A’s but this is the best location in dfw.

Today, October 13, 2023 at approximately 11:50 am, I drove to Chick-fil-A, located at 5150 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034. When I arrived in the interior car lane to place my order, I was approached by a team member. He immediately asked me to pull forward which I did, and then he asked me to place my order. In the middle of placing my order verbally, he asked me to pull forward again. I complied and pulled forward and tried to complete my order verbally while pulling forward. He asked me to repeat my order again and pull forward some more. In total he asked me to pull forward three or four times and still try and give my order while driving simultaneously. He then informed me of a cookie contest between himself and another associate taking orders and he asked me if I would like to purchase six cookies to help him win the contest. Initially I said yes. Then I told him, "Please remove the cookies. I told him I'm a disabled Army veteran with Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD and other mental health issues and I don't like being told to pull forward multiple times and to have to give my order simultaneously, especially several times and repeat the order like what happened today. He said he was sorry. I said, "Okay" and pulled forward. Then a manager came out and brought my order and asked me what happened. He told me I should not speak to his team member like that and to not come back. I tried to explain the situation and how confusing and frustrating it is to be told multiple times to pull forward and give an order simultaneously as well as being dangerous for the associates in the car lanes taking orders. The manager would not listen to me. He told me not to come back and to go and, "F***myself." I then became very triggered. I left the location drove away on Colleyville Blvd. to meet my wife, who is a teacher, for lunch. I had a panic attack while driving and major stomach cramps as I also have GERD. I had to pull over and practice breathing therapy for PTSD and mindfulness. I am still very triggered and feel emotionally distraught and anguished. This is not acceptable. I believe I should not have been treated that way neither by the associate taking my order nor the manager.Re: Order 1557592, 10/13/23 11:50AM, Operator: Zack Price, Location: 5150 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034

I rarely visit this CFA (Colleyville) location because since it opened, I have received undercooked chicken in my sandwiches (at least three different times)! I've complained previously and hoped they would have corrected this issue so today, I went through the drive through and got home to translucent chicken in the middle of my sandwich! There is nothing worse than anticipating a good sandwich and bite into hard, under cooked, translucent chicken! As Gordon Ramsey likes to say, "You could kill somebody with undercooked chicken"!

Two lines were formed. One line was moving and the line I was in, was not. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to take my order. She asked me about condiments three times. The third time I yelled NO! When I got up to where we pick up our order, I noticed at least 6 -8 orders were taken to all the people after me. I saw a women going in and out, must have been the one that took my order. She came up to me and said, It’s taking longer because we want to make sure your order is fresh. She was being smart aleck about it. I know that she told the other young man taking orders to hold mine back. I saw the sack sitting on the counter. What I should have done, was ask for the manager that was there working the front with a young man. They were just ignoring me. Finally, I just asked for a refund. No one said or did anything. I asked how long this was going to take. About 5 minutes later, the young man gave me a refund. He didn’t say anything, just handed me the receipt. Another guy who was filling the orders picked up the sack that had been sitting there the whole time and asked, Does she not want these? Even though this is near where I live, I will never come back. There are plenty other Chick-fil-A’s around where I live. If this women is one of the managers for the outside orders, she is a very bad example to all those other young people.

Served soggy fries that were literally falling apart at the to go window. When I spoke to a manager the gentleman was very kind but said he could not fix my soggy fries. He said that would be considered “extra crispy” and it’s a corporate decision for no “extra crispy” orders. The manager even told me that he and several of the workers there all would order extra crispy (perhaps for the same reason). I kindly asked for my money back and he complied. I’m a patient and graceful guy and never leave bad reviews but the experience and food was just terrible. To the corporate “money ball” strategists- If you don’t want people ordering extra crispy then why not make your fries and fried chicken actually… “crispy.” ??‍♂️ We were raving fans and regulars for years but now that this policy is corporate wide this small family of 4 will be making other choices.
