Update: 5 days later and these people have yet to refund us for giving us something we didn’t order an did not consume because their machine was broken. These people have failed again. Keep my money you thieves. I’m done.Ordered hot mocha, gave us iced mocha because machine is down rather than calling us to inform us, they had our phone number. Trying to get a refund is a joke. Called manager that said she was too busy to help. I’ll call you later. Finally got her to answer the phone and she couldn’t care less. Said can’t do a refund over the phone, anyone with POS knowledge knows it’s very simple to open the check and comp the items. Deserves zero stars for care and concern and the bagel sandwich was gross. First and last time I’ll ever go here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful little spot that truly knows the art of perfecting bagels and coffee. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee that promises a cozy start to your day. The coffee here is nothing short of exceptional, with each cup brewed to perfection, offering a rich and robust flavor that coffee aficionados would appreciate. Whether you prefer a classic drip, a smooth latte, or an invigorating espresso, they have you covered with their impressive selection of high-quality beans and expert preparation. The bagels, oh the bagels, are a true masterpiece. They strike the perfect balance between crispy on the outside and deliciously soft and chewy on the inside. With a variety of flavors ranging from the classic plain and everything bagels to more inventive options, there's something to satisfy every palate. The spreads and toppings are equally noteworthy, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients that elevate each bite. Whether it's a rich, creamy cream cheese or a hearty, flavorful topping, each combination is thoughtfully curated to complement the bagel's taste and texture. The ambiance of the place adds to the overall experience, with a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes it the perfect spot for morning contemplation, a casual meet-up with friends, or even a quiet afternoon of work. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant one.

Great bagels and convenient location, but the drive through is consistently so slow!!! I’ve been her numerous times and I regret going after sitting in the drive through line for 10+ mins. The problem isn’t the number of customers in line, it’s that it takes them so long to prepare an order. I hope things change.

Came up to this Einstein Bros to give it a try when I had gotten an email for a free bagel w/smear with a purchase. On the outside this Einstein's is newer and seems really well kept. Inside it felt a bit more chaotic crowd wise with a lot more in and out than the location I normally go to. Staff was louder with their back and forth but seemed to have an interesting back and forth with a regular that I heard when grabbing my mobile order. I got my regular bagel which is a toasted chocolate chip with peanut butter. I forgot to take a picture of that one because I saved it until I got home. The toasting level was good, it had a little less peanut butter than I normally get which honestly was still edge to edge on both top & bottom ... just not swimming in it which was appreciated! I got the twice baked hash brown because I never knew they had them until I was looking around on the menu on the app. It looks like its made in a cupcake tin based on shape and most of it had that nice crisp exterior. Unfortunately the bottom had become a bit to soggy with whatever cream(?) they use in the baking of it. Which I think being in the plastic container didn't help with whatever condensation had come off. I think I would try it again as a dine in option or at my normal location, but may not make my top hash brown list.

the staff was so nice in person and the manager was so nice. I called early to place an order because I knew things can get busy on Easter Sunday. My order was perfect and my whole crew really enjoyed it. I called at 7:20 am ish to place an order for pick up at 8:30. She told me "well we are pretty busy around 8:30" (which I felt was weird because I anticipated this and called an hour before my order need to be ready.) She said she would have to set an alarm. I just thought, cool do what you gotta do. Then She hung up. I called back to clarify my bagels needed to be toasted and cream cheese on side I believe the manager answered that time and had less attitude. Overall not a bad place and I get things can be hectic in the early morning and on holidays. Would recommend

Whatever you do, do not order online and then pick up in the drive through. For some reason, 2 cars in front of me was at the window for almost 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the food was cold and also, the complete wrong order (1 sandwich instead of 2 and not even the correct 1). I normally don't make a big deal about things like this, but it was a not-cheap waste of time.

The place is beyond filthy. Staff not practicing good hygiene. Management apparently is oblivious to the nastiness. If the counters and front end is that dirty, imagine what we cannot see looks like. Time for the health dept to visit.

I’ve never seen a bigger collection of idiots working in one place in my life I waited 10 minutes for a plain bagel not toasted they had like 8 people behind the counter only 2 were actually working the rest were standing around doing nothing!
