First time there with my family ordered at 6:45, got the food at 7:10. My food was lukewarm, fries not fresh and my gyro was watered down; no taste of seasonings to help. Threw half the fries away and a quarter of the gyro... Only ate it because we hadn't eaten for half of the day and was tired due to getting ready for Easter festivities. Didn't want to fight or wait longer for fresh food. Four orders came in after ours and they got their food in a timely manner with one getting their food before we did (other three orders had larger parties than we did; us being three people.) Won't be going back, but that's probably what they wanted, Southlake restaurants are always a hit or miss which is sad because I just wanted some Mediterranean food ? My mom was ? close to loosing it, but she was also tired. Put a damper on our moods.

I've come to this location probably a thousand times long enough to see management rotate a few times. The food has always been good, and for calorie counters like me, they have all the details on the menu. But I also want to shout out Jawanza! He is hella awesome and will treat you right!

The new girl (Jani?) was awesome service even only working 3 days. Food was very good, but spotty, had better at some other places, but gyro and pita bread is hard to beat. A tad bit expensive but comparable to other quality international fast food.
