yeah the bagel is horrible plus they dont cook the egg and bacon, it just slapped in oven, i could have just went to panera or dunkin if thats the case, So far Shugs bagel in Dallas has the best bagel and that nostalgic NY coffee cup they give you.....Ps its not hard to crack a egg and fry it...

When I'm in Euless, TX, this is the place I go to get bagels . As the name implies, these bagels are authentic. Their staff is friendly and there to please. The variety of bagel and creamcheese flavors is wonderful. My family loves them!
Bagels were old. The bottom of my toasted bagel was as solid as a rock.And lox smear had 1 sliver of lox the rest cream cheese that had a funny aftertaste to it. Service ok. When coffee was out. There was no one to refill it. Will not go here again. If you want fresh Bagels go to Boopa's on Beach
I'm not sure if it was dumb luck or what? The bagels they served us were as hard as a rock, and they never replaced the coffee. So I'm not sure what else to say.

We place a large order for bagels a few times a year. Our 'go to' place closed. We tried NYC this time. Glad we did. Great bagels. A large order was filed correctly and on time. The quality is outstanding. Looks like we have a *new* 'go to' place!
