This is by far my favorite bbq. The key is to order “moist” brisket, if that’s your preference. We are there every Friday for catfish. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. I highly recommend this little gem in Colleyville.
I would love everyone to give an applause for my Server Kenzie. She did an amazing job, she not only did well taking me and my family order but made us also laugh. We were going through a rough after noon and with kenize help she turned that right around for us :) , Also props to the chef on the BBQ plate I don’t like BBQ like that but it was delicious. Thank you Kenzie for being a wonderful server ! I recommend Kenzie very gentle and such a sweet heart :)

Excellent BBQ with fried catfish for Lent. I forgot to ask if catfish was year round.... Nicest staff with natural smiles, we had fun talking to them. We asked for suggestions and took his advice, it was excellent brisket and ribs on my 2 meat plate. Very clean establishment.We'll be back for more !!!!
