Great service and food. I had the Carne asada tacos, which are really good and filling. My husband had a bacon burger, and he said it was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Patties are fresh, not the frozen ones from a bag. We will definitely be going back! Edit* aour favorite place in town to eat!
I was parked at the truck stop across the street for the night, and decided to walk over to Santiago's for dinner. Small town restaurants can be either bad or really good. Fortunately, Santiago's was the latter, and I was really happy with my meal. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, which came out exactly as I ordered it. It came with a roll and two sides. This is hands down the best food west of Abilene we’ve tried! We came into town to drop our animal off for a surgery and decided to stop here for dinner before heading home. Our server was polite and patient while taking our order for a family of 6. She refilled out drinks before we even had time to finish them. I don’t remember her name but she is younger/ high school maybe with blond hair. Plenty of food was served and great tasting. Will definitely be back by! Thanks! ?
