I regret so bad stopping here last night. To start as we are having our order delivered to our car the girl is biting her nails while holding our bag of food and drinks. The food did not taste as it should, the tots too salty, the drinks flat. The worst part is that the burgers gave my son food poisoning, and he was throwing up all night and this morning. Wish they would carefully monitor the people making the food. Will be the last time we ever eat here.

I don’t know who made my order, but what I will say is it literally said no onions, pickles, lettuce or tomato and you literally put all of it on my burger. Employees really need to be paying attention to what they are doing because if this keeps happening I will no longer order. Also I am a regular when it comes to Sonic especially here in Colorado city where I live at the moment.

Very disappointed every time we go to this Sonic, the screens don’t work. Set at one for 15 minutes “we will be with you shortly”. Finally called just to hear that stall is not working. Pulled to another stall it didn’t work either. I asked why can’t you at least flag the stalls that don’t work. Maybe time to reinvest back into the business.
Service was good, food was prepared exactly as ordered. However, the only thing keeping the rating down was the fact that the mobile app wasn't working, and I wasn't allowed to receive the drink discount that the app provided sense ibhad to order everything upon arrival. I felt that the app service at this establishment wasn't our fault and that Sonic should have honored the rates. But I did ask for the discounted rate and was refused by the order taker, saying that was only available through the app. This was not customer appreciation or friendly, in my opinion.Thank you.
Shit food that is overpriced. Sonic is riding on their past and will soon be a thing of the past if they do make some quality changes.

Ordered a burger meal, took 30 minutes to get it. Then they forgot items to top it off. After eating I ordered a SMALL orero blast. Took 27 minutes to get it. There were 4 other vehicles in the lot. If you're in any kind of hurry don't go to this sonic.

Been to this location several times and everytime either some of the food ordered has a bad taste almost like dirty dry vats with old grease and then other times the drinks are really bad. Not sure what's up here but it's always a roll of the dice how it's going to
