Will never eat here again. Something was terribly off with all the food we ordered, most of it being overcooked and burnt. But the worst was the catfish. Took one bite and it tasted so old like it had been in the freezer for too long. That was the nastiest fish I’ve ever had. The food tasted so bad we were afraid we’d get sick from it and threw it all away. Hate that we paid $15 for that disgusting catfish basket. Wish we could get our $55 back. Not sure what happened to this place, we ate here twice before when traveling through the area and it was great. But this time burned us from ever stopping here again.

Old school type of food joint with great food at very reasonable prices.Visited there multiple times as we stayed in Columbus for two weeks. Service was always great except one day we think an employee may have been having a tough day.All good it happens and this place is definitely worth a visit.

Great place for a small town. We were passing thru on our way home and stopped for lunch. The lady waiting on was so friendly and made us laugh!! The weather was nice and it was enjoyable sitting at the outside tables. It was Friday, lent and the fish and shrimp were spot on. We’ll be back when we pass back thru.

I used to visit this place regularly when my grandparents had a weekend place in Columbus back in the early 1980s. I stopped by the other day for my first time in over 40 years, this time with my city girl wife and kids. Place honestly hasn't changed much at all and that is what I like about it. Staff are nice, they take their time to take your order and make it right (regardless of how many people are waiting). Burger was great, milk shake and malts where great, onion rings were great. Prices were a little on the high side but that is no different than anywhere these days and I don't mind paying when the product is as good as it was here. The whole family enjoyed their meal, and I have a bunch that is usually all hard to please. Somethings are better left they way they are, thanks Dairy Cone for never changing!
