Really good salsa, the rice and beans were great, I could probably make a meal of just those! I had a nicely seasoned fish, well cooked, with a nice white sauce. Definitely need to remember to get over to them more often!
I eat here on a Wednesday afternoon so I can't speak about the atmosphere. It's a large place with lots of seating so I'm sure it can get packed and more lively. I ordered the carnitas. I have to say that they were the best I ever had. The sear on them was perfect and the grilled onions that came with them were cooked to perfection also. The restaurant was clean but well worn. My server's English was limited so I wasn't able to communicate, and she basically shrugged it off. The food was good but not hot. The portions were child's plate size and left me still hungry. I was disappointed but I am willing to give them another chance.
