Tried to go inside the lobby with my two kids to purchase ice cream at 8:38pm and was told the inside was closed and drive thru was only available when it states on the door they close at 9pm. We wanted to order ice cream for our kids so we could eat inside for dinner at Chipotle. This is like the 3rd time they have told us the lobby is closed prior to their actual listed closing time. It is always a bunch of teens trying to clean before the place is closed and it's super frustrating.

Short staffed,was there for about about 10 minutes. I was ordering at the Dunkin Donuts counter and customers for Baskin Robin's that came in behind me were served before I was. I just gave up and went down the road to another of their locations.

Had a hankering for some ice cream after dinner at a restaurant nearby. It was delicious! Generous portion size for the price.
The guy at the window didn’t remember our order after just making it in the drive thru and I Asked for 1 scoop and it came out with freezer burn. Our total was 8.75 and the dude said “oh we don’t have the change” as if we’re supposed to be okay with that? I mean don’t get me wrong it’s not a lot but it’s still my money, and then dropped it at the window. Really??

I just drove through the drive through and paid for 2 pre packed quarts of ice cream. They could not give me a receipt due to some malfunction. I got home to serve the ice cream and found that one of the quarts had about 2 full inches scooped out of it.IF you choose to buy from this shop be sure to check your purchases, both for contamination and for quantity.

Absolute trash. Couldnt hear us through the speaker didnt care got our order wrong and then i clearly asked, do you have anything dairy free, he said no. What was underneath the strawberry scoop we got? Dairy free sorbet. Kid acted like hed never heard of sorbet. Most irritating fast food bs ive ever encountered. Maybe train people if youre going to have them working the store. First and last time at a freaking baskin robbins, they need to close this place its trash.

We had the worst experience at this place. The employees Tania was very nice but we had ordered 2 cappuccino. They give us the first cappuccino and it was done poorly but we did not want to complain because their manager was being very rude and disrespectful to his employees already and did not want to get them in trouble. So we decided to stay quite BUT then they let us know that they don’t have anymore sauce to make the second because they are frozen. So they told us we had to wait then. We then asked if they can defrost it faster by putting it in hot water. The manager automatically started saying that we cannot do that. He never came to apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Then we asked to speak to him since we could hear him from the back as if he was hiding from us. He comes and basically says we cannot defrost it that way and we have to wait till it defrosts on its own. We said don’t yell at your employees because this isn’t their fault it’s yours since you are responsible for the store to be run properly with all materials prepared for a Saturday. He’s like this isn’t my fault band started yelling. Then after we asked for his name and refused to give it to us. So then we asked for a refund. And left super unprofessional and the store was extremely dirty. I would never come back till they fix their management. I will continue to write bad reviews from fired dead and family to this store because we were extremely disappointed with the service. Manger was 5.7 dark hair and speaks spanish.

I want to sit down and eat some ice cream not drive through. I don’t want to mess up the inside of my truck face plowing a couple scoops of ice cream when I can sit inside the establishment and mess up their seats lol.
