They make you select the seafood platter as all fried or blackened and won't let you mix it up. I suppose, either their cooks can't read a ticket that states how each item should be cooked, or the ordering system is too generic to let them specify how to cook each item, or the cashiers are too lazy to specify how we want each item cooked.The place was not very busy the night we tried their food for the first time. I asked for all blackened except the catfish to be fried, but was told no, I had to choose all fried or all blackened. They refused to budge (I guess that is what the owner demands of the cashiers). Disappointing when a paying customer can't get each item cooked like they want because it's too difficult for the employees to handle.The Gumbo was way too soupy, and the boudin was flavorless. It really is just a Cajun fast food restaurant, where you order and pay at the counter, but you certainly can't deviate in how each item is cooked.

We drove by this place a couple of days ago and we thought it was a BOBA PLACE! The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the manager{Iris} was absolutely amazing to us and was honestly impressed by how well she treated us. And most importantly, the atmosphere was fantastic. The place was really decorated for Mardi Gras. And the gator was one of my favorite decorations about the place. We will definitely come back to Bubba T’s Kitchen again.

I must begin this review telling you my wife and I are Native to Louisiana so when it comes to Cajun food we are very particular. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. It is an honest pleasure for them to make your experience good. The atmosphere is fun, and clean. Where to order is a little confusing. The food was good, something's were a hit some a miss. The wife had a grilled shrimp po boy sandwich, they make it their own way but she enjoyed it. She got a side of baked potato casserole and loved it. I had fried fish cooked perfect but the flavor was a solid 4. Jambalaya rice was ok. I will come back and try some other menu items

We finally made it by Bubba T's, and what a good experience it was. The service was friendly, the food was good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I had my two young kids with me and they had just as much fun as me (if not more). For my first trip I tried boudin balls, seafood gumbo, fried catfish and blackened shrimp. I plan to come back and try more things because so many items looked good.

I ordered through Grubhub. The food was awesome! My husband really liked the catfish, okra and red beans and rice. The portions were more than enough. The Angus burger was huge and perfectly seasoned.This was our first time ordering from them. You can bet it won't be our last!

Friendly greeting upon entering. ? Order at counter restaurant, was quick and efficient. Wasn’t busy when we arrived at 4:30pm. Small restaurant but a lot of seating. Good music playing, I like that it wasn’t so loud so we could have a conversation. Food was hot and tasted fresh. We had the swamp fries, grilled snapper, shrimp & catfish combo. We will visit again.
Great good ole Cajun food! Made this coon ass girl happy! The service and staff were just as good as the food! Friendly, knowledgeable, fast. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Hailey was our favorite! The place was decorated so nice and was a very clean restaurant. We will go again and again!
