It had been awhile since I visited this location, and not only was the food piping hot and delicious, but the service was outstanding! Alexys at the bar was knowledgeable about the sauces and on point with the cocktails. She was attentive and kind, getting to my requests for extra sauce and additional veggies quickly and with a smile. Thanks Alexys for making my first time back a great one!
So I used to come in 1 or even 2 times a week but later at night after bowling league or work. Kept getting not great service so I only come In ever so often or just for a to go order here and there. But Monday (Jan 8th) I came in after bowling and kierra was my server. She was honestly awesome! She kept my mountain dew full. She brought out (and cooked ) my food very quickly. Update: I did what was asked of me that same day. I went to the link and put in the request. It's been just over a week with no reply. I would have figured I would have received an automated response that day telling me they received my request. However, I have received nothing. That said I am sure the manager of the location is a nice person and I know they likely have no control over the feedback.
