1st of all the reviews are clearly correct the staff needs to be let go. My experience RUDE, DISMISSIVE AND CARELESS. Couldn't be my staff members but I guess that's fast food for you. What gets me is you're being paid to work here but treat the customer like they are not PAYING for the food they request their way. I asked and made sure it was understood freshly cook my order Chicken sandwich and fries. Fries come fresh but the chicken just dipped back in some grease as if I wouldn't check. I requested it for a reason. So now I have to wait again on my Chicken which my fries would be cold my initial order sandwich and fries not fries then my sandwich and the ATTITUDE is real on this drive Thru worker that's why I like to go in I need to see. Of course they closed the lobby EARLY by 15mins. Last trip.

I just love the double whopper with cheese. They do a good job keeping the fries fresh here as well. This is one of my favorite BK's in the city. Update: today I tried the Impossible Whopper - not as good, but not a bad substitute.

I ordered through the app. Evidently the app took the order even though they close 5 minutes later. When I arrived I was told I ordered 5 minutes before closing. Nothing on the app noted closing time. The worker basically said it was my fault my problem and shut the door in my face.Yes I have applied for my money back through the app. Just appaled at the behavior of the staff.

Ordered a classic melt and a 12 piece regular chicken fries. The melt was decidedly not good. I think it’s the caramelized onions and the sauce; I can’t really place where it falls flat. Perhaps that’s a matter of taste, though. My biggest issue is that I received ghost pepper chicken fries as opposed to the regular ones.This is a newer BK. Nice looking exterior. Decent location. The drive thru workers were very friendly. I haven’t been to Burger King in over a year, and I’m not sure I will make a habit of it.Vegetarian options: None at all. Not even a salad, which is unique for the fast food world.
