Not only was my order over charged, the employees hung up on me and then did not pick up phone when I called immediately back.Order two 12 inch (foot long) extra meat. The cook cut one foot long bread, placed the meat and ingredients on 4, 6 inch slices of bread and did not put a top on the OPEN FACE 1/2 SANDWICHES. I BASICALLY PAID FOR TWO LARGE EXTRA MEAT $15.50 each that's 31.00 dollars. What I received was two 6 inc extra meat. Now I was very patient at the register with the cashier WHO SPOKE BROKEN ENGLISH, AND VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND. She ran ticket right but the cook who assumed was in charge since he came over to help with translation. However to be advised to Come back to the store for a refund WAS UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN THEY COULD HAVE CREDITED BACK MY CARD FOR THE DIFFERENCE. SO UNLESS SOMETHING IS DONE TO CORRECT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, IT WILL NOT ONLY BE MY FIRST BUT MY LAST TIME SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE.

I ordered delivery and never received my order when contacting the store to get the issue resolved I was told it wasnt there problem and i was out of luck. I asked to speak to a manager was told no then was told they didnt need my business and was hung up on. when i called back they hung up on me again repeatedly when i would call back.
I was waiting for 20 minutes and they still hadn't started frying the potatoes, which was the only thing I ordered with only two orders in front of me and the staff doing nothing, just talking, the service was terrible.
