Every time we come to this location, it's always fast, quick service, and the staff are always so kind! They have little cups to try samples of the flavors, which they have a variety of. My favorites are the cake batter and birthday cake. They have such a wide selection of toppings, and price is based on the weight of your cup. They have plenty of room to sit, but fyi it can get pretty busy. If you haven't tried out this frozen yogurt place, you definitely should!

On April 19th, 2024, a young gentleman was working by himself at 4:30pm. He greeted us promptly, made the transaction swift, and ensured we had a punch card. In 15 minutes, he helped 14 people, and he did so with kindness and quickness. He made sure to be thoughtful and positive with each customer, and he made sure to stock supplies or clean the dining area every opportunity he had. He is a diligent and respectful worker, and Chiller Bee is lucky to have him! We love Chiller Bee products, and we appreciate this wonderful employee. This location is great for easy access off of 45, and the facilities are always clean.

I don't know where to start!! First the music was awesome. They were playing christian/gospel music the day we went. It was an inviting atmosphere and the young men that were working that day were extremely polite like yes ma'am and no ma'am. Never had a problem with being greeted though. They always help me when we go there, we get 4-5 cups every time we go. My kids love trying as many flavors as they can. Restrooms are clean, we use to play checkers when they had them. It is a nice spot to take your kids. My favorite part is they said God Bless You! ?

One of my favorite Frozen Yogurts in Conroe due to their customer service and cleanliness. Pros: Variety: This location has roughly 15 different yogurts and they sprinkle in new yogurts quite often. I love that they continue to keep things fresh and new. The toppings bar is second to none. They have ample options to choose from and I have never experienced any one topping mixed with another (due to customers lol). Cleanliness: No matter the time of day, every time I visit this location it is always clean! It's sad to say but that's hard to come by for any frozen yogurt place!! Membership: I love the fact every time you go here, they stamp your card and you can build up enough stamps to get a free frozen yogurt Cons: Capacity: Although the owners tried to maximize the space by adding bar stools and a counter along the windows, this place can get packed fairly quickly. I understand they can't do anything about the suite they're renting. This is my go-to spot and can't wait for summer to come around and enjoy these cold desserts on a hot day!
