i had to buy a cake for my bestfriends birthday and she loves cinnamon rolls we came in last minute and they cashier was SO SO sweet and understanding she took my number and called me when my order was ready the cake looked beautiful and i can tell she really put her heart into it the cake looked so beautiful and she even gave me a little glitter stencil that said happy birthday the cinnamon rolls were so soft and moist !!

As a cinnamon roll lover, my go to treat is a cinnamon roll. I got the cookie dough cinnamon roll, and it was incredible! I no longer will have to beat crowds to local coffee shops, because now I can go to cinnaholic anytime to get my cinnamon roll fix! Yay! So much better than Cinnabon and the service was excellent.

Ordered a cinnacake the day before my birthday, there seemed to be a mixup and my cake was not ready when I went in but the very kind lady on shift didn’t hesitate for a second to fix the situation. After we had dinner we picked it up and it was PERFECT. Literally chefs kiss. I LOVE this place! I don’t restrict myself from dairy nor am I vegan but let me just say, you cannot tell the difference between the ones that do or do not contain milk. So so good. Will absolutely be back again.

Rolls are stupid expensive, and even though the roll came out of the warmer, its NOT warm, the dough is old and dry, and they smothered it in frosting to hide the day-old dough.

First time at Cinnaholic and my husband and I tried the Old Skool (as we are traditional cinnamon roll enthusiasts.) Soooo good!!!! Waaay beyond our expectation. If you are craving a fantastic cinnamon roll, this is the place!!! And if you like a lot of options, they have it all! The service (by Misti) was incredibly friendly and we were given samples of their soft serve (after she heard us talking about it.) Coffee was also really really good! Will be back!!!

My son and I walked in at 10am on 1/12/24 and the gentleman that was working was helping another customer. Once he finished, we walked up to the cash register where he was standing. No greeting. Nothing. After an awkward 30 - 45 seconds, he says "Yes?". We placed our order. Two rolls with frosting. $15. I handed him a $50. He shakes his head and says "oh no, I don't have change for that". So, I pull out my credit card, he swings the screen around for a tip. Why in the world would I tip you with service like this? I do not add a tip and turn the screen back around. He makes our order and hands us the bag. No "thank you". Nothing. We left and ate the cinnamon rolls in our car. Can I ask how you are supposed to eat these rolls with the flimsiest of forks? This fork just bends when you try to use it. We had to wait until we got home so we could use a real fork. I hope the owners of this establishment reads these reviews. And I would love the owners to try and eat one of these rolls with the fork provided. Our experience was beyond terrible. The gentleman working SHOULD NOT be in customer service. And an establishment like this should have at least $35 in the till for change. We won't be back.
