Tried the skinny fettuccine Alfredo chicken meal tonight and it was yummy. Great macro meals and lots of low fat (<10g!) options which have been difficult to find before for trying this store! They do such an incredible job at Fit Kitchen!! The food is so flavorful and the options are fantastic. They know how to write and execute a great menu. Beyond the food is the service. The best customer service. I couldn’t make it on time one night to pick up my meal prep and one of the owners literally brought it to my door late at night. I was shocked. That’s what I call ridiculous hospitality. Love this place and the owners that run it are incredible people and so kind. Also very encouraging and motivating others to reach their health goals!

I've been ordering weekly meal plans form Fit Kitchen for approximately 2 months now and absolutely LOVE it! Kaitlyn (Owner) is very kind and flexible - if I ever have an issue with an order (which is rare), she goes above and beyond to fix it almost immediately. Their food is sooooo yummy, it keeps me full and energized throughout the day, and the prices end up being far cheaper than if I were to prep food for the week at home. I really like that they're willing to customize just about everything too if you ask. Great service - I couldn't recommend more highly!

While I enjoyed the convenience of the meals and the consistency (mostly) I remain disappointed that the last two weeks my orders have been incomplete or missing ingredients. This is permissible of course, but refusal or neglect to correct this issue is not. I have left a voicemail and email to fulfill my order which was missing a meal to no avail. The principle of the matter is that it was not corrected upon request.

It was good normal food. Something you can make at your house for fraction of the price. Didn’t have seasoning or anything but at home you can add some All Seasoning with 0 calories.
The food is really good. I Been getting my meal plan for about a month and could not be happier! I’m getting ripped! Oh, and Kristy is a delightful ray of sunshine! Shes Great at customer service and is super smart when it comes to fitness and meal planning!

This is a great find. A locally owned business that provides healthy meals. It is reasonably priced, and has friendly staff. I would say if you want to eat healthy and don't have a ton of extra time this is a great option.

I got my first and only order last night. The food is a major let down. THAT IS the meal before consumption. It was salty, the meat was dry, and the sweet potatoes were under cooked.I didn't want to add any sauces to the meat because it tasted so salty already. It is definitely not worth the amount of money for the quality of their product.
