Despite the large group, our server handled it with grace despite being overloaded with tables. While we did return a margarita due to it being overly sweet, they promptly replaced it. The coconut margarita was exceptional, and the patio atmosphere was delightful. We'd definitely come back for those two highlights.
I really wanted to give this place a better review but my wife and daughter and I waited 30 minutes for sodas and 50 minutes for an appetizer that was only half of what we ordered. We drove by this place many times and saw good reviews but the food was bad and the service was far worse.When the waitress brought us the appetizer she acknowledged that it was wrong and left it on the table. I assumed that she was headed back to the kitchen to fix it but 20 minutes later no one was back to take care of anything. We decided to leave and go else where. On the way out our waitress met us and the door and smiled us all the way outside.Hacienda may have been good at some point but those reviews don’t apply at this point.Poorly prepared food, Long wait times, Inattentive staff and Zero desire to provide any type of positive experience.Buyer beware.

Good food and service was fast and accurate. They were relatively friendly and kept up decent with chip and salsa refills while we waited for our food. The food was hot but a little on the salty side ( for both of us). I would go back again.

We arrived were seated in a timely manner. Had a server ask what we would like to drink. Then after the manager came and asked us what we would like to drink since we had been waiting for 15 minutes already. A sweet tea and a frozen margarita. Still took 30 minutes to get a frozen margarita. But first they bring a Margarita on the rocks. Then 30 minutes later we get to order. Another 30 minutes later our food comes. I get the cold plate of mine which was a taco and he said your warm plate will be out shortly.As no one came by to check on us and 20 minutes later I still hadn’t received my warm plate. Flagged down the manager and told her. She said oh I saw it sitting there and was wondering. Would you like me to pack it up to go for you. No. I’m past ready to go I’d like my check. Ok. I’ll comp your meal.It was horrible experience and our first time there. Definitely will not be back. Tacos tasted bland and so did my boyfriend’s food. Enchiladas. Not worth your time or hard earn money.

Food was ok but service was terrible. Came here for my mom’s birthday lunch and couldn’t even have a conversation with my family because they had someone outside singing or something? Guy was not the best and it didn’t help that the speaker was extremely loud. On top our server was super short and rude.. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but you don’t treat customers like that. We had to constantly ask for basic stuff that I’ve never had to request before.

The orders were taken quickly and not a single error was made for our entire group!The mixed drinks are very well made and everyone in our group enjoyed them very much.The atmosphere is festive, lively, and comfortable.I would highly recommend Hacienda Mis Padres to anyone looking to have a great time while dining!
