Super small, fast food donut atmosphere. Nothing like ads post. Kolaches are very small for the price. Thank goodness we had a coupon. Prices were outrageous.

Awesome staff on weekends. I live around 40 minutes away so I get there close to closing hours but they never give me an attitude about it. Fresh food and clean building.

Have had this problem for months, come in around 10 and they are out of most things, and when I ask how long, they tell me some items are not going to be replenished. They don't "sell enough" to make more. It would be different if they weren't open for another 3-4 hours. So tired of this, I'll just go somewhere else from now on. Good luck with your business.

I had their polish sausage kolache. The sausage was authentic, not one of those hot dog things. I also got a pumpkin muffin to go... great tasting. It was Veterans Day and the worker thanked me for my husbands service. How kind! The best part was the cafe de olo coffee. It had the right mixture of cinnamon and was perfectly flavored. Thanks again for honoring our veterans and I will be back.

Kolaches are great, service is decent.However, they very rarely have energy drinks in stock (neither Monster or Red Bull - they’re there for a week and then gone for several - makes you wonder how often food deliveries come), and the kitchen often blares loud banda music in addition to the radio playing in the front of the store. Good place overall other than these two shortcomings.

My wife loves the BBQ Brisket kolache, so every time I'm in the area I stop by because of this. I like the Kolache Factory because there's a large selection and the quality and taste is very consistent. My go to is the bacon egg and cheese Kolache as well as the sausage egg and cheese Kolache. I like that you get a lot of eggs and meat and the taste is really good too.Upon entry last Monday I i was greeted and since I had walked in right as they opened every Kolache was available. I got my go to kolaches that I aforementioned and a few BBQ Brisket kolaches. Those are really good and can run out quickly at this spot the meat is tender and has a nice rich and robust flavor to it. I thought about getting a dessert kolache but perhaps next time.I definitely recommend this Kolache Factory because the service is good and quick.

The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The only reason they are still in business is because their Kolaches are good. It's very clear Elena at the counter hates herself, customers, and everyone else. I hope she doesn't have any pets. Go check on them if she does. She would like for you to order online but your website doesn't work. So you go into the store to deal with a grumpy face and bad attitude. It's almost like the ladies here weren't ever told what their jobs are so they're appalled when you ask for kolaches. Shocking to me the management hasn't made any changes after years of awful reviews. Too bad there's no "Kolache Rescue" show for y'all to go on to learn some hard truths and get yelled at a little bit. You need it.
