I love Little Ceasars pizza as long as I wait on it to be fresh out of the oven.I failed to do this with their puffy breakfast thing made with cookie dough. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.I had to add pepperoni's and cheese and microwave it to make it edible !!A waste of my calories as well as my money.I rarely leave reviews but people need to know.We need businesses in our area and several years ago the Jack-in-the-box used to be this way. They become overwhelmed by the too many orders at the same time.At that time they were the only fast food this side of the freeway.I contacted the CORPORATE OFFICES of Jack-in-the-box and explained the owner and manager had no clue of how to run a a fast food business. He had a skeleton crew and only one person spoke English (at that time) and she was trying to cashier and had to keep stopping and explain to them in Spanish.I told Jack Corporate how much we wanted this Jack to succeed and to please send someone experienced until the new owner manager could be trained.Jack Corporate stepped up and over time got things right !!My suggestion is to do the same for this business as we really need this Little Ceasar's Hwy 242 to succeed !!Parking: Depending on the time of day Good Luck as this is a busy strip center. However, I am so grateful for the businesses in this area and I no longer have to cross under I45 as they have had so many wrecks under this bridge at Hwy 242 and I45.People rush through the red lights, yes RED lights, it has changed from green to yellow to red and some do not stop.

To start you have a rude employee taking orders, overwhelmed and under staffed doesn't give you the right to tell a customer " you don't care at this point" after handing him his order. Then you tell another customer there's a 2hrs wait to even place an order. When you can order online and it's ready in 30mins. But a walk in order is 2hrs...I didn't even order. Walked right out and went to papa John's. Why would I give my money to a rude environment.

I don't know what's with all the other reviews.I've never had a problem here.Always got hot and ready pizzas the quality and taste is always good for the price. This location is the best and it's right by my work. One by my house is absolute trash so i think people with the 1 star reviews are being picky about this location.The deep dish is the best.

This has to be the SLOWEST place ever! Very unprofessional. Like they have NO CLUE. They just look at the customers coming in and go to the back. It’s a HOT AND READY… How is the food NOT hot… and NO WHERE CLOSE to being READY!

Messed up my order, they said they'd fix it but didn't. They asked me the come to the store then couldn't give me my order because it needed manager approval at least the crew apologized and gave me free breadsticks. Oh well... Manager who can make decisions should be available.

I’m giving a 5 star review for effort. I had 20 minutes to waste while waiting to pick up my daughter from school. I decided to try this neighborhood pizza place. Matthew at the front was very nice and explained it would be a 45 min wait. This turned into 1.5 hrs. as they were at least 40-50 orders behind, 20 upset customers cancelling/waiting for orders in the entrance and parking lot. Someone’s son was getting verbally abused as he and another person tried to do their job. It’s not their fault they were severely understaffed on a Friday night. From what I could see they were only two working. Thank you for your effort in making my order and allowing me not to have to cook tonight.

So I went in today at lil Caesar’s I place in order around 6:32 I waited the time I supposed to that it told me in the app I ordered a hot a ready and guess what it wasn’t ready they said it was gonna take another 45 min because someone forgot to put my order and every time I come to that store it’s always a problem this time I had to ask for my money back because I’m so done with how they run the store it was just a basic one pizza and it shouldn’t have to take that long. Felt like they didn’t even wanna do my order from the way the male cashier acted and the manger lady was being disrespectful and didn’t even apologize or even wanted to refund me.
