Food was absolutely horrible! Sausage was cold and chewy like it had been cooked days ago. Sides were cold. The fried green tomatoes did come out fresh and hot as an appetizer! Staff was super friendly and we did received a refund for our meal that we could not eat. Service great - food never again!

My wife is addicted to the BBQ potato I have to get this 2 to 3 times a week and I usually get a sandwich or a BBQ plate and I'm always happy with the quality and quantity I believe we get what we pay for.Personally I love the food and people at Mannys BBQ.

Place destiny is closure. Outdoor sign that probably goes 60 feet in sky is not lit. Was hard to find at night due to rounded corner road WITH no lighted sign. There were signs outside that mask required inside. That was not the case with the staff.

Its a nice building, very rustic looking. That's about where the good news stops. Maybe they're famous for something? Unfortunately I don't think its brisket, or sausage, or chicken. Their coleslaw was probably the best I've ever had. So if you're looking for good coleslaw look no further. Just overall, probably worse missing.

By far the best barbeque in Conroe. Manny's is family owned and operated, and they are the nicest people you could ever meet. Manny is usually always there, and what a cook he is. The sliced beef or chopped beef loaded baked potato is the best I've ever had. The homemade beans are really good. The homemade banana pudding is better than mine. Reasonably priced, and a warm atmosphere. I give Manny's 2 big thumbs up!!!!

Baked potatoes are incredible. They're huge and actually put enough toppings to last throughout the whole potato. The meat potatoes come with a lot of it. Staff is friendly and store is very clean.

I do not know who Manny is but he should be arrested and charged with crimes against humanity for what he has done to desecrate the good name of Texas barbecue. My wife, my brother-in-law and I stopped in for an early dinner yesterday. The place had a decent rating on Google but when we pulled in, it was completely empty which I pointed out to my brother-in-law but he noted that it was 4 PM on a Tuesday so that was probably why. We quickly found out that the reason it was empty is because the rest of the world is apparently aware of the terrible atrocities that occur inside Manny's on a daily basis. I ordered the two meat dinner with sweet potato fries and macaroni and cheese. The sausage had a very strange texture and tasted terrible. The brisket was rubbery and tasteless. The sauce did not help. I left 95% of the meat behind. My wife ordered the shrimp dinner which she also left the majority behind. She said it tasted weird. The brother-in-law ordered the mix dinner with ribs and brisket. The plate arrived with two huge ribs but he said they did not taste good at all. The only highlights were the fried pickles. They were seasoned well and tasted pretty good. The sides we got with our meals can only be described as "edible." The price for our meal was also absolutely ridiculous. We're talking high-end barbecue prices for food that's worse than a run down Luby's in the hood. Hopefully these pictures speak for themselves. Manny, do us a favor, shut down, sell the place and use the money to disappear to Antarctica or some other place with a minuscule population where you can harm as few people as possible with your terrible food.

Great casual restaurant in Conroe, Texas. Western decor covers the rustic wood walls. Great place for BBQ, burgers, chicken fried steak, and this visit we had all of those things, and they were perfect. Manny is very friendly, and personable, and his staff is great. For appetizers we had fried pickles, and green tomatoes, and fried mushrooms, what a way to start, they were awesome. This restaurant is an asset to Conroe, and Montgomery County.

We all had either the baked potato with chopped beef or the chopped beef sandwich. The meat was quite tasty overall. The potato was about as big as your head--jammed with all the good stuff. Overall, a great experience. Will return!
