I ordered the Reuben sandwich with extra dressing in which they did charge extra for, which was expected and I had no issue with. And after I ordered I was told to go park in the waiting line. There was no one else in the restaurant or in the drive through but that was okay. However when I got my sandwich and drove literally less than a mile to my destination the sandwich was so soggy that it fell apart and not from too much dressing because when I bit into it there was barely any dressing at all or sauerkraut, however a nice amount of corned beef. I paid almost 15.00 for the sandwich and potatoe salad and I know prices are crazy now but at least give the customer what they paid for. I had not been to McAlister's in a long while and unfortunately it will be even longer before I try again.

I love going to a place to pick food. Stand there, no greeting, employees were too bust laughing with children that are running around asking for cookies and refills etc. When told I can help you here, was immediately told by another employee oh sorry I need to help this kid. We left.

EVERYTHING I ORDERED IS WRONG IN SOME WAY... sandwich no tomatoes.. had tomatoes other sandwich no Chipotle sauce... has Chipotle sauce... ask for a bowl ..got a cup of potato soup... the soup is missing the cheese and bacon bits on top.... and to seal the deal none of my meals came with the dang on PICKLES!!!IT'S A GREAT CHAIN BUT CHECK AND RE- CHECK YOUR ORDER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED⚠️

Sandwiches are always good, but the dining in option is not great. I recommend taking to go. If you go in later, they tape off the areas so you can only sit in one section of six tightly packed tables. Also, if you stand waiting for your order long enough you can see staff making your sandwiches with the same gloves they use while cashing people out and using their phones. Ugh.
Was told fruit cup had strawberries, it did not. Only offered one drink size. $3.49 is a little to expensive for a fountain drink.

It was ok. I mean just ok. I ordered the signature club thinking it would be something spectacular or special. Disappointment. Someitemsnot fresh, so.e areas of my club saz lCking good bites. We also got a baked potato and it was old. Looked like it had been there for over 18 hrs. Mind you, we went for lunch. There are other food options in the area. There was a young lady who checked on tables and I would have to say that was a plus but overall not enough for me to consider coming back.

The food here was amazing!! I came for the first time never having heard of this place before, and I was very well pleased. I ordered the sweet and smoky chicken sandwich and changed the bbq sauce to mayonnaise and I was amazed how much I needed it. It may be considered a simple sandwich but it was so warm and the bread was soft which was especially welcoming during winter. There are certainly menu items with more toppings and different sauces, but I personally prefer simple and comforting food. I also tried my dad's salad which was flavorful and pretty good. The staff were kind and friendly. The ambiance was just as spectacular as I found the food. It was cozy and quiet and I appreciated how it wasn't too crowded. Overall 5/5 stars, I keep thinking about this place and hope to return more frequently :).
