My family and I ate at this location about 6 PM on Saturday, March 23rd and were checked out by Samantha. I am not one to complain much, but she was by far the rudest fast food employee I’ve ever dealt with and we weren’t even complaining or anything. Aside from not knowing the menu she didn’t even look at us, did not reply with any level of general politeness, and ‘I don’t know’ and ‘whatever’ seem to be a regular part of her vocabulary. I get that she is a young employee, but if the managers haven’t picked up on this level of customer service they need to do a double take.

The drive thru is pretty fast, but this location never seems to have enough employees, so they are always in the weeds. Going inside takes a long time to place an order and to get service.

Can't understand English at drive thru or can you barely understand them .but worse is having to repeat your order more than 4 or 5 times and be sure to double check order because if you say no catch-up on app or at drive thru you can bet it's got catch-up 4 out of 5 times .if they don't speak and understand English put them in kitchen or have a Hispanic speaker for Hispanic only customers .English is prodominly spoken in Texas .everyone needs to work but put the bilingual staff on window and counter and the ones that barely speak or understand English in kitchen cooking .
