I always visit this location and specifically one of the pizza preparers got upset because I asked for an ingredient in one of the 3 that I ordered! Saying OH JESUS, THIS GUY, SH... and so on between mouths. What bad attention from this individual! I told him just forget it, I don't want anything anymore! I hope they punish him for being racist.

I tried one of the Tailgate Trios $8 specials, Buffalo 'Chicken', that is ordered to-go, online/app only...... There was VERY little chicken... Fortunately I had some grilled chicken in the fridge that I added when I heated it up next day as a leftover... It was MUCH better... Without the extra chicken, it was kind of like eating a Franks Hot Sause pizza... I guess it was an $8 'special', with extras and subs excluded so they skimped on the chicken... Very much unlike the regular MOD that I get instore at the MOD location on Loop 336 where they are generous with topping portions... I'll try the location again but will not order again with the online/app and pickup... Service was great even though they were very busy...

MOD is always one of my go-to's for big chain pizza. Way more interesting pizzas than like a Pizza Hut. The artichoke one is the best.

Mod pizza is our favorite pizza place but this one needs attention. The staff who waited on us were amazing but the manager on duty seemed to have zero care. The tables are sticky and someone spilled a drink that took awhile to get cleaned up. There was mud on the chairs from peoples boots. The friendly attentive staff at the counter do not make up for the lack of attention in the dinning area.
