Today around noon, me, my husband and my kids decided to have lunch at Mod Pizza S. loop, the food was great, but I noticed a very specific odor when one of the male workers walked in. I’d rather not say what I think it was but as a parent I would not want to bring my kids around that environment ever. Mind you I was with my kids and my husband and I felt uncomfortable and we decided to leave early. We have been coming to this Mod for a long time and we hope this issue gets resolved.

My pizza was raw. I was looking through the reviews and it seems to be an issue. So gross. And nothing makes me more mad than spending money on nasty food. I made sure to tell them my my pizza was raw too.

Pizzas were excellent. Ordered 3 pizzas for me and 2 guys at work, they both continued to talk about how good they were the next few days. We will be ordering again soon. I placed the order online and one of the guys picked them up. System was very user friendly.

2 visits to review here the 1st received 2 stars sooo I'm glad I returned. The 1st visit was on a Saturday super busy dinner rush I suppose so the store looked an absolute mess with kids working in the back. Hey I did return I did that. Still kids running this operation but on a weekday super calm Thank God. They still rush you though like it's only one worker in here. Anyways this last visit was a complete turn around from the 1st. Nicer staff members, cleaner work stations and store. Dining in the pizza is always a hit, food preparation definitely needs an upgrade I feel the staff is over chopping the veggies up with their hands ijs...

I was a little dismayed by the lack of acknowledgement when we came in and found everyone super focused on a Togo order. The staff could have at least said hi. One thing that gets me is using the same gloves after touching the blue cheese. That would kill me straight up epi pen or not. I am that allergic.
