I visited your store on April 13 @ 10:30am and it was filthy!! papers and trash on the floor counters where you toast the bagel and around the area look like it had been swepted in months, garbage can under coffee area over flowing on the floor,some employee shirt looked like she worked at a fried chicken place from the grease splatters, and the best part was no toilet paper in the ladies room I had napkins in my purse,So if I couldn't wipe the ? I bet your female employee don't. Also your employee need to be told not to wear disposable gloves while touching money and not walk around in them when not in use. Run don't walk for unsanitary conditions.

Been ordering their deli turkey sandwich for weeks, it is delicious! Fresh veggies and the presentation is aesthetically pleasing. The manager, Mariah, is very friendly. You will catch her behind the counter helping her staff, an impressive attribute of any manager.

The only reason I give this Paneras one star is because they were open. Otherwise, I would give them 0 stars.In one word, lazy. Lazy service, lazy about cleanliness, and lazy about their menu. We ordered using the kiosk and found they had no baguettes for their soup. After entering Bret as the name to call, we waited and waited for our food. I finally “bothered” the staff where they found our food on the counter having called out my last name instead of my first name. No one thought to go around the small dining room to find out who had ordered the food.As we left the cashier looked asleep and another worker was busy surfing his phone.Yes, lazy. On all fronts.
