They made our pizza correctly and it was delicious ?? definitely recommend. No undercooked crust no air bubbles taking up space for toppings and sauce. Just pizza made with love and baked to perfection.Vegetarian options: Black olives and onion for one pizza and pineapple and spinach on the other pizza

This location is horrible. Pizza took 2 hours to be delivered- they did not want to give me any sort of a discount on one 12 inch 2 topping pizza. They offered me their “quality assured” free pizza deal on the NEXT order. Got a coupon in the mail for a large two topping pizza for free. I called to use the coupon and they couldn’t take it over the phone, spoke with the store manager Joel and he said he couldn’t put that code in because it was too long. He asked me why didn’t I just order online? I tried ordering online and it required me to spend $12 more to get the free pizza. He said he couldn’t figure out how to do it and that he was the “only one there”. Twice now to experience this kind of ridiculous service. All I wanted to do was order one pizza I don’t understand why that is so hard.

I’ve been here several times and the only bright spot is the nice African American girl in the front. I shouldn’t have to wait 15+ minutes to talk to a manager. I’m a manager myself and I would NEVER make a customer wait that that long. I got the wrong pizza tonight. Girl at front pulled the right box, some person in the back put the wrong pizza in it. Get it together Papa John’s- Conroe!!

This location just keeps getting worse. Won't order from here anymore. Terrible customer service. For some reason, they always seem to have a delivery time of over an hour, while dominos and Pizza Hut are at like 25-30 minutes. The pizza isn't any better than those 2 places, so I guess it must be that no one wants to work there. No surprise. Called up to cancel the order because of the delivery time, the person that answered just sat there, did not say a word. I had to say hello like 2 times and then she said something, and I asked can you hear me, her response was "yeah I can hear you" and then she just sat there without saying another word. Not sure this person should be in the food business, her customer service skills absolutely suck. After I told her I wanted to cancel, I could hear her typing and talking as she looked things up, explained what would happen with the charge (so, good there, nice explanation), but then she just hung up without a word. Really, work on your people skills, you will need them later in life, I promise you. With those communication skills, no one will hire you ever for anything else. Have a great life

The lady at the register was definitely high. She looked for my pizza three times and said it wasn't ready. After waiting for another ten minutes, a dude had to come around from the back and ask my name - he found it in one second. It was there the whole time. Needless to say, the pizza wasn't all that hot by then. I'll stick to the location on 242. It's just as far from my house as this one is.

Garret was extremely helpful and kind during our call. I placed an order on line and while I thought I put for next day delivery it went in as same day. He was very understanding and fixed it for next day. Thank you Garret for amazing customer service.
