I am highly disappointed with the service of this location. I made an online order and it was cancelled with no explanation. I called the store to figure out why my order was cancelled, and was treated so rudely. Whoever I spoke with was extremely dismissive, I will not be ordering from here again.

I actually came for an interview during the interview the manager got up to make a pizza there was another employee there with sweats and a hoodie on nowhere to be found during the time that the pizza order was sent in so while the manager was making the pizza she received a phone call from her son and accepted the call and continued to make the pizza on the phone without farther washing her hands touching toppings with the same hand the phone was once in the

Simply & kindly asked the night manager to remake a delivery order that never arrived but instead I was called out my name, spit in my face , and called all types of curse words by Patrick. I’m so hurt to have this treatment at my favorite pizza place. Papa John’s has been my family’s Friday night tradition since 2008!!! . But now I’ll never order from ANY papa John’s in the world thanks to the MANAGEMENT at this location. No class at all I’m highly disappointed & upset I hope the owner doesn’t tolerate the low standards & customer neglect . I really hate my kid had to watch me be disrespected & spit on

The pizza taste very bland. Its less on salty texture. over all i find the pizza little pricey compare to quality.. The app shows the pizza is ready to pick however when I reached store it wasn't ready as well.

If I could rate this place a 0 ⭐️ I would! Awful service awful management and awful staff. Literally down the street from them and they couldn’t deliver for 3 hours! And after 5th time of calling to check on status .. the manager said he was voiding my order and rudely hung up the phone.

I ordered the new garlic stuffed crust pizza from here and I have to say they are pretty good. After I received the delivery I noticed the order was incorrect. I contacted the store and spoke to the General Manager Chris and explained the issue. Within a short time, Chris himself personally delivered the corrected order. I tried to appreciate the professionalism and courtesy by tipping him, but he politely refused. The customer service Chris represented for this store was beyond exceptional and I greatly appreciated it. Thank you again Chris for the amazing service!

I bought a pizza about a week ago and in reality I order about twice a week because we're so busy. But any way my pizza didn't have extra cheese as I requested and paid for but had extra sauce I didn't order. I brought it to the young girl that gat it to me and she said it was extra cheese. After just paying for the pizza she went back to work behind the wall talking about I didn't tip her and how I was complaining about not having extra cheese on my pizza. After hearing everything I heard negative I will not be buying pizza from them again.Thanks but No Thanks!!New York pizza here We come.

Really?!Update: they said they would bring another pizza. Never showed up so I still ended up eating the first one. I got food poisoning and never got a call explaining why the second one never showed up.

The place is clean. My order was wrong which wasn't a big deal, it happens. Especially during rush hour.They requested I brought it in, and instead of giving to staff or even just telling me to keep it, it was tossed out. Just felt wasteful.On top of that, they had a customer on speakerphone who also had a wrong order.All while 2 or 3 workers were sitting on counter tops, not helping during this rush hour. Even the delivery driver was helping.

I recently placed a order for delivery and all I can say is WOW. I noted it if they could have it delivered by a certain time due to the website not giving me that window as an option and the driver Dennis delivered! If anything even earlier which was even more fitting for our office gathering. Thank you so much Papa Johns and thank you Dennis for the wonderful customer service!!!

Told us they don’t deliver to my address but has several times before then tells me she would make an exception this time since they’re not busy. Then calls me back to tell me changed her mind that I need to come pick it up if I want it. Horrible customer service. Needs to watch what they tell and promised customers they will do in the future.
