I believe in second chances, however this is the 4th bad experience at the Conroe location.My fish was fried without batter, dried out and chewy like jerky.Quality control is severely lacking.I will NEVER dine in or order from the Conroe location again.

Ask for HEIDI to be your server. She has a great positive energy and is very attentive. Made sure that my large family table was taken care of without any problems and went above and beyond with her great service.My husband had a questionable experience here the last time, but now our faith is restored. This location must not want business. When I tell you there must of been more employees working than guests I would not be lying yet we came in at 8pm and stood at the front and waited for 10 minutes without a single greet. Check the cameras because I am not exaggerating. It’s sad and literally service 101 to greet your guests and get them seated when you come in. You lost out on probably $100 in business tonight. It’s just sad and pathetic to be honest. Clearly whoever was working tonight just did not want to serve anyone else and go home. Literally not even a bartender behind the bar. I could have taken 4 lobsters out of the tank and walked out and no one would have even noticed. Seriously sad

It’s been a while since we ate here !Ok service first , our server was excellent , he was taking care of the table ?. Every drink was filled even if it was half way! ⭐️ .Ok food ! Husband tried the endless shrimp ? and I got the flatbread lobster . Everything was good ! Only issue was the flatbread it had basil in it . I don’t like basil. But now saying that our server did try to make it right and HE DID ! Also the manager came by and offered a new pizza ! I declined because it was my fault ! So time for us to pay !! Our server took it upon him self not to charge for the flatbread ( he didn’t have to do that ) but he did !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Yes we will be backSo ending my review with Yall need to go and support our local RED LOBSTER Conroe !
First time at red lobster in almost 20 years and it was 10000 out of 10. We went as soon as they opened today so the ambience was nice, it was slow so the service was top tier. The manager stopped by and talked for a few minuets, made sure everything was going good. My mom and I will definitely be coming back!

It's always a pleasure to come eat here. The food is amazing, service is amazing, and the time frame from ordering to food being placed in front of you is fairly quick as well. The prices are not that bad either. Most items will cost you 15$ or more. 10/10
