Filthy. I know someone who used to work there and he told me that when they clean the bathrooms, they use the same brush to clean the sink as the toilets. DISGUSTING! I can only imagine what they do in the kitchen. Aside from that, I’ve ordered food from here several times in the past. 3 years ago, it was great…but that is no longer the case. The service along with the quality of the food has gotten horrible. There are too many other good choices out there. I wouldn’t eat here again even if it was free.

Every time I have ordered from this location, the food has always been so fresh! I have tried the Hawaiian pizza, which was really good! I recently tried the doppio pepperoni and prosciutto and fig and let me tell you, SO much flavor!!! I personally have never had ricotta on pizza, and that was a game changer for me. You have got to try it! The crust on the pizza is not your average pizza dough crust, you can tell its brick over style, which I love! They also have good hot wings!!! 10/10 recommend.

After a not so great experience, Russo’s stands true and made it right. A delivery order with burnt wings and sub par sandwiches lead me to post my dissatisfaction when normally I would have given them a 5 star rating. They immediately reached out to me and made it right. Thank you Russo’s for the pizza this weekend! Still one of the best pizzas around!
Not sure about this placeBeen here 5 times all delivery. Twice pizza was great, 3 times it was not. Those 3 times it was soggy/limp, messy like it was tipped sideways cheese moved around, areas wothout cheese. I wish they were more consistent on the quality.

Absolutely fantastic pizza and service. Stopped by for a slice for lunch and was not disappointed. The dining room is super clean and laid back. Pizza was delicious, and my slice was so big I couldn't even finish it in one sitting.

First time visit ,I was so excited about the service that I was given. Don't even experience that kind of service in a high-end steakhouse. Service is a 10+. Can't wait to go back.Menu selection amazing. Recommend to all of my family and friends.

Had lunch here for the first time and overall it was very underwhelming. Not impressive at all. First, everything is way overpriced. Why would anyone pay $10 for a slice of pizza when they could but a whole one for a bit more? The one slice we did order was burnt, toppings were hardly there. Other dishes we tried were tasteless and very "mid." Walked away still hungry, having paid twice what it was worth. The waiter was very helpful and pleasant however so that was nice. The aesthetic of the restaurant was very nice as well. All in all we won't be back. Nothing to do with the people, staff, or restaurant. Just wasn't sold on prices or food.

The food is just ok or below ok… We ordered pizza and a Shrimp Tortellini but they brought me a small bowl of tortellini soup, then the Shrimp tortellini was made but tasted really weird. They do need a better chef if there’s any. The service is great though!
