Good food for what it is. Which is "not healthy." But we were tired and felt like a mini splurge. As long as you don't do it every day or every week, its probly fine. Not sure I like ordering from the app tho. Hard to know if they got your order. Would rather use the drive up order menu.Parking: Happy crew with music playing loudly (but not obnoxiously) this night.

4.1 PLEASE I could go on and on about Sonic and their production but goodness. Every location it never fails even this one. Sonic is definitely off the meal choice list. The staff is too inconsistent and careless. Chili Cheese Dog French Fries wanted it fresh but do you really think they listened or cared to produce absolutely not.

This sonic has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I picked up a DoorDash order here once and was greeted in a very condescending tone. I instantly could tell someone was having a bad day. When the worker brought it out she nearly threw it at me! I was disgusted and at a loss for words. I am usually understanding but not in this case. Misery loves company.

I ordered a large Mango slushie and a 12, chicken fried steak sandwich. The slushie was fine but I received a plain double hamburger nothing on it but a lot a jalapenos and mustard. I don't think anyone would ever order this kind of sandwich. If someone pays money, you shouldn't play a joke.

Came to order my son and I some lunch, I barley got through ordering his kids meal and before I could go to order the next thing the girl on the microphone cuts me off and gives me my total. Not very nice at all.

Service was a bit slow during my last visit and car hops seemed confused on who's food belonged to who. That being said, the drinks were cold and tasty. I donwish they wouldn't be so stingy on cheese when you order a grilled cheese sandwich.

This is my first time at sonic in the Woodlands College Park Drive. The drive thru ordering process was easy and quick. The person taking the order in was pleasant and and repeated my order back to me to ensure accuracy.Food was great The drive thru needs new speaker

I went to the sonic in Conroe, Texas and ordered my kids dinner on the app. Waited quit awhile to get my order, then got home and my sons food wasn't in the bag. I called and was placed on hold, then the person asked if they could call me back because they had a rush and didn't have time to talk to me. I asked for the manager as I had already paid for food I didn't get and shouldn't have to continue to make my don wait for his dinner. She said she was the manager. I replied that calling me back was inappropriate and I would call district. She hung up on me. I called the customer service line and they offered an apology and $10 gift card, That didn't even cover his meal! I told her to keep it and I would call during the week to speak with someone above her. She then offered a coupon for a drink. No! She finally refunded my order and I will never go to Sonic again! Worst service ever! My son is getting Whataburger for dinner.

Hands down the worst Sonic I've ever been too.They absolutely take no pride in their work, and it shows. The food and drinks were atrocious. My family and I immediately started feeling sick to our stomachs after eating. There drive in slots are broken and look rundown. A complete eye sore!Will never return.
