We had a great time here for a movie and eats. I was totally surprised at the fine quality of their food. It was really delicious. Our waiter was jolly on the spot ...always checking on us and taking away dirty dishes and trash.The theater chairs were very comfortable recliners. Plenty of room and a tray attached to the recliner for eating. We're visiting and will definitely be coming here again!!

Didn't get greeted or waited on the entire time I was there. Arrived 10 min before movie time, and no call button to push to order for services. Not the same quality as other Star Cinemas, sound system very echoed.

My wife is usually the Jiminy Cricket on my shoulder telling me to keep my petty reviews to myself, but she actually gave me permission to write this one, so here we are. I've been a big fan of this location for years, but recently, their movies are so dim and poorly lit. I can't see a thing! Keep in mind that the last couple movies I've seen have all been horror movies, which have a reputation for being poorly lit, but boy-o, when these movies go dark, believe me when I say that everything goes invisible to me. It SEEMS like creature effects/monster designs are good, but I can't tell you that with certainty, because I can't see!Now, I think one of two things (or both) is happening here: 1) the equipment is just old and needs to be replaced. 2) I've noticed they've been leaving the lights on, probably so their servers can see better while they are working. Now, I am all about the safety/efficiency of their serving staff, but if this is coming at the expense of us even being able to see the movie, I think this entire business model needs to be reevaluated.During the movie last night, there was an extremely bright light left on in the projector room (not the projector, the actual room itself), which was shining right in our faces. My wife asked our server if she (the server) could ask someone to turn it off. One entire movie later, our server returns with our bill and apologizes for "forgetting" to ask about the light. My wife thinks she genuinely forgot, I think management is leaving these lights on for their serving staff, and she deliberately didn't ask, but I'll let you decide for yourself which is more frustrating. Anyways, this was straw that broke my poor, sweet wife's psychological resolve allowing me to write this "mean" review.I would love for this problem to be resolved and to promptly delete this review, but I'm at the point where if I "see" (ha!) one more movie in these conditions, I'm definitely never coming back. As it is, I think my wife and I might be officially done with the place, which is a shame because their pizza and margaritas are really good.

Employed last year and still can’t get my W2 from them.
Me and my family has been going here for years and it started off very well but recently has been doing down hill. Most the servers are rude and act like all your doing is bothering them and each time we've been going lately they mess up simple drink orders more than once and if you tell them they get all pissy. Recently the girl sever scoffed in our face gave us a real mean look when we told her she didn't give us a drink then walked away and never came back so we had to get a different server to help us. Love this place but debating on not returning. Mind you this happened multiple times recently. ? Great place to go if you don't plan on ordering anything and dealing with servers ?Seats are comfortable only complaint about the place in general is that you can sometimes hear the other movies next door through the wall.

The service is good but the prices are crazy. $7 for a soda and they don't offer refills. A family of 4 spent $56 on drinks having 2 sodas each it's absolutely crazy. Unfortunately I won't be back because of prices.

You can clearly hear the movies playing in the adjacent rooms and we were seated between two rooms! It was bad, like watching three movies at once ? The food is also a bit expensive $4 - water and $9- popcorn. ?The reclining chairs could use a bit more cleaning but are comfortable with enough space between. Also, the theater was basically empty on a Sunday.

I went here on a Sunday and the food and drinks were amazing. 10/10. I will say that I personally felt like my server was treating me differently than the other movie goers. I was the first in the theater and had clicked the call button more than once before anyone else did and when the server came he skipped over me and immediately helped the couple next to me. He didn’t come back until I had to push my button again. Once he came back he was very rude when he took my order and I had to remind him of the drink that I ordered. Then, once the movie was over the same server bought the couple next to me their receipt to pay and I was once again skipped over. I had to leave the theater and let the bartender know that I didn’t receive my receipt to pay. The server made me feel very uncomfortable like I was bothering him. All of the other staff were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. I didn’t catch the server’s name but he is a short male with glasses.
