I never write reviews but I went out of my way to write one because the girl that made my coffee (she’s made my coffee a few times) is amazing she’s super sweet and knows exactly how to make a good coffee perfect every time and great customer service! I really wish I got her name she is young and works morning shifts I believe because I’m always there around 11 AM. She needs a raise lol

I go to starbucks on south and north 336 as well as this one. Recently came to this one and was told “you have to wait until the time on your mobile order to pick up”. As a former starbucks partner, I know this isn’t true. As a customer, this doesn’t make sense. There are times that it isn’t busy and mobile orders are made immediately, so why ask someone to wait until the 15 minutes of “mobile prep” time is up? When I asked about this and revealed myself to be a former partner, she didn’t really have an answer for me

Rude and very disrespectful employees, always saying machines are down so they do not have to make drinks. Closes early with employees just hanging out.

Went at 2:30PM and it was already closed saying that it's only drive thru and closes at 12 if that's the case update your hours

I'm here visiting family and have purchased coffee anytime they've actually been open (low staffing) and each time they seem angry no matter how polite and appreciative I am. So bad customer service, and half the time they don't even listen to order details. The surrounding Starbucks are great on both, so avoid if possible.
