The worst subway that exists, believe me, there is a reason I am always alone, the kitchen lady ran out to yell at my children for choosing her chips and told me to control my children when I myself told them to take their parents, obviously not I go back to this place but the black people are superb in customer service. I won't be back, but Subway is not the only one to go elsewhere.

THE BEST SUBWAY EVER!! It was my first time trying subway and i’m glad I choose this place will definitely not be my last. Dulce and Jose were AMAZING the food tasted delicious and the atmosphere was just so wonderful. The music made me feel great eating my foot long and I can finally I LOVE SUBWAY!

Subway emails surveys to their customers after eating there, and if you complete it you get a either a 20oz drink or 2 cookies for free. I have done this a million times, and today this store refused to honor it. She REFUSED to give me even 1 cookie... 1 cookie, cause she'll "get in trouble." That's terrible customer service, I won't be back to this location.The young ladies that work here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone from Subway needs to contact me asap

we were at the Subway last night 11-17-23 around 6:15The young lady was working by herself and was rocking it ! Her coworker either did a no show or called in and the manager did not replace a worker and considering it was a Friday night I think was a bad decision. I didn’t get her name but such a sweet person. It was very overwhelming with all the online orders and the walk ins as well. it took a while to get our order done but she did amazingI wanted to give a shout out to her !!! Hang in there !!!

Bad customer service The lady was rude she called us weird when we asked for turkey ham
Staff always friendly. Placed our online order. My son’s sandwich was barely edible. The bun was toasted to a brick. I had an issue with my order last time when I was charged twice for extra meat…Tried to call several times this time and the last time and no one ever answers the phone. I want to give good review because the staff in my experience has been really friendly but if you don’t answer your phone to correct an issue, how can anything be resolved. Do better plz
Tonight I ordered 4 ft longs and the store was full not only did Ms.Tonya gave us exactly what we requested. Loved how fast she got out order ready. Best customer service by far.

Some of these people come in subway and think that they can talk to you any kind of way and that's not right. I'm new here just like everyone else here. Respect goes a long way and when you come in and think that you can insult someone or talking rudely to them and thinks that's ok, don't get mad when you get the same treatment back. People only respond to what you say or do to them. I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone.

Employees seemed distracted, I ordered a 6" sandwich and the employee I was talking to got bread out then went to the register the other employee started making a"12 when they asked what I wanted on it I reminded them I asked for a 6" he said you watched me make this, I explained I ordered from the other guy and didn't know he was working on mine then they asked multiple times what I wanted on it

The lady working tonight (8-16-2023) was the rudest lady I ever met, started with saying I’m making her life hard for getting my bun toasted before my tuna is put on..then called me curse word after curse word. Just overall a very low iq and ignorant slob. I have requested corporate to review the video footage and will 100% push for them to. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
