Came into this store, it was clean so that’s a plus. But what sandwich shop doesn’t have lettuce. The lettuce they didn’t have ruined the sandwich, for a subway not to have lettuce is ridiculous. They also didn’t have the size cup I needed, so I was forced to pay more for a bigger cup when I won’t even drink it all. Probably won’t come back to this location, all because of lettuce.

Theres never anything I can complain about when it comes to this subway, for about a year I ate here everyday for lunch and now over 3 years later I'm still coming here for the same order. Awesome place, awesome customer service. A good quick cheap lunch for anyone looking for one!

They kept going through the line instead of doing the online orders. What's the point of an online order?! Order was 20 minutes later than quoted time online. Half way through the credit card machine stopped working and they had to take orders through the app anyways. 2 stars just because the food is good.

Ownership is penny pinching the customer. My daughter asked for extra pickles so they gave her just one more. I even offered to pay for more and was told they couldn't do that. I then filled my drink with their watermelon cucumber juice and it was almost 100% water. Terrible representation of Subway.

This was the first time we've ever been to this Subway we bought us a footlong sandwich and we asked how much a refill was regardless if we didn't have their cup we bought a sandwich and we should have got a refill for tea regardless if we bought a Subway cup or not we ended up buying a footlong sandwich make sure to counter for something

I visited the Subway restaurant in Conroe Texas the evening of Friday March 31st. I was told by the attendant who was standing outside smoking that his computer was down and he could not make or sell anything.The following day my daughter went to pick up two footlong Subs with double meat on each one. The employee was also asked to remove the excess bread from the roll. He replied, "I won't do that".When I received the sandwiches they did not have double meat, only eight slices on each. I was charged for double.I returned to the subway 10 minutes later and mentioned it to that same employee. His response was, "so what do you want"? I told him that I would like the rest of my meat.He did not offer an apology. He did not offer any courtesy at all. I then said to him after he bagged up the meat, " I'm sorry to have inconvenienced you ".He cracked a dry smile. I then stated, " that is what you're supposed to say to me the customer".
