Location 11343 Highway 105 E. in Conroe. The manager at this establishment, Anna has very poor customer service, it is either her way or the highway. She's very rude and I would not recommend the food either. I got a sandwich there it was all burnt meat just tasted terrible. I was threatened by the manager that she was going to call the police on me because I was going to throw some trash into the dumpster outside which I didn't, but she still took down my license plate number threaten me with the police several times harassed me terribly as I sit in my car, shine flashlight on me and around the area to make sure I didn't put trash in the dumpster. When she finally made my food, it was terrible, the meat was just slapped on the bread and it taste awful. I want to take it back, but I had been harassed enough. that was one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had at any subway in my 70 years of living.

The glass that divides the customers from the employees was so tall that I couldn't understand what the employees were saying. I guess it went both ways, because a sandwich I didn't order was made due to the miscommunication. Then the steak and cheese for the protein bowl wasn't heated up. Who wants cold steak? I have never had these issues at a Subway before but I will not be returning to this location.

Don’t go here. They leave brand new hires alone all day and their coworkers don’t even show up to relieve them. Where are the managers?? These poor kids.

This is the absolute slowest subway I’ve ever been to in my life. Three people in front of me and I waited 28 minutes. When I finally get up there they have no mayonnaise they only have one kind of bread they’re out of this they’re out of that geez.
