This place is mediocre, i went here and the service was okay but not really polite. But the food wasn't worth the $15 dollars in my opinion. If you are wanting subway just avoid it and find something better.

This store needs to be closed down due to poor management.. The whole staff needs to be retrained on customer expectations and food handling safety. The only proper next step is to contact the health department. There needs to be some serious reprimanding in this matter. The employees digging in the trash to find my receipt, that’s completely unacceptable. The fact they can’t operate the system to reprint a receipt, is really ridiculous. Last year another employee at this establishment threw my food, and my 8 year old daughter’s food away when I asked for his name and was only given a first initial of “D”, this is after dumping the whole bottle of oil on my sandwich and informed him I’d be contacting corporate. I’m beginning to think it’s management. The same person has been over this location for years and nothing has been done to ensure good, quality customer service or even food safety. The district manager “Luz” does not properly train her employees so nothing is ever resolved, I will be contacting the health department and they will be informed of the cross contamination and poor food hygiene of these employees working in a food establishment.

We came in there with coupons and was told that we could order any sandwich we wanted. And when we got to the register , we find out that the coupon didn't work for the sandwiches we Ordered. Then I ordered a club sandwich along with the tuna fish sandwich and ended up with a Turkey sandbitch. And for some reason none of the four sandwiches we ordered tasted good. When I said something to the employee , she just shrugged her shoulders and pointed at probably the manager. I have never had an experience like this at any subway. My sister had to pay thirty three dollars for her sandwiches because she wasn't told that the cute one doesn't work with those sandwiches. I don't think I'll be back here to this store again.

Pay attention to your receipts the younger boys working in there are adding tips to your order on there own end, and it was a to go order. There’s no telling how often they are doing that. When asked about it He was very rude and made my daughter cry in front of customers. For some reason none of them knew how to do a refund but the Hispanic manager was very nice and asked her to come back the next day because she was new. She did get refunded and was told the kid blamed it on the new manager which was the only one who tried to help. It’s hard enough trying to make in the world right now without people stealing from you on top of that.

November 2nd at around 1:30 the woman making sandwiches is extremely rude and just throws everything together with no care and basically ignores any request you make for your sandwich. The cookies were definitely a day old because they were almost like bricks. As someone that used to work here I understand it can be irritating working there because they pay their employees really terribly and are understaffed constantly, but thats no reason to treat your customers with zero respect or even basic human decency. Not to mention they have roaches crawling around. There's plenty other subways to go to though so I'd definitely rather drive a bit more to get better service, better food, and fresher food. 0/5 for this place.

October the 25th 9:30 p.m. stopped at the subway. 14586 FM 1485 C, Conroe, TX 77306. The sign said open untill 10:00pm. I went to walk in a worker sitting in his car smoking a joint, You could smell it when he steps out and says we're closed. I told him the sign says open till 10:00pm. It's only 9:30, he then proceeded to argue with us. Tried to call the store several times today to inform the manager of their employee. Needless to say, no one answers the phone.

This is now the third time I ordered here and every time it was awful. Why did I go more than one let alone 3 times? Because it's the only subway in 10miles of my home. Every time I've ordered on the app I ordered double or 50% more meat. All three times it wasn't and two of the times I took it back. This time I'm not wasting my time. On top of that the workers were high as a kite... granted I don't give a @#$% if you want to smoke but if you can't do your job high and it's wasting my money and time it bothers me. Not to mention they were too stoned to understand me and I literally had to say everything 5 times before they got it. Do you have a drink holder I asked..... reasons...um ya.... he just stood there staring at me. So do you have a drink holder... ya.... again nothing just ya and standing there red blasted eyes totally not getting it. So do you have a drink holder man you know the box to put drinks in? Response.. oh that!?.... no.... so I get home juggling 5 drinks and driving. Open my sandwiches and the two I ordered 50% more meat had less meat than a normal serving. Mind you I go to subway alot. I love subway so I know what the normal serving is for regular meat. This was not even enough for that. But I paid for 50% more. I will not be going back here and I suggest you don't either. It's a waste of your time. These guys are too smoked out on the local shrubbery to remember their names let alone male a sandwich..
