A first time visit at this location... Ok, bottom line the barbacoa taco (the Democrat) was very tasty and is way overstuffed between 2 layers of tortillas.. bottom line, it was awesome!! If you have a need for barbacoa, this is a must stop and visit!! Just my opinion!

All Torchy’s Tacos locations are not the same! This one rises above the others with amazingly delicious food, the friendliest bartenders in the area,, and a welcoming atmosphere. We had the green chile pork tacos, made with some of the tastiest, tenderest pork I’ve ever eaten, and the Scallywag, the taco of the month, with coconut shrimp, green chiles and peach habanero jam….definitely a good option for those that like things a little sweeter. Also, be sure to try the half and half margarita. It’s awesome!

Hi, I ordered the the ½ street corn full queso and brushfire bowl and I used my coupon for a free dessert or side and I got the churros. But when the delivery driver handed me the order the churros weren't there. I used the torchy's app to order my food. #71148 is my order number and it was place on 3/15/24.The food is good but I would like some compensation for the missing item.

They’re a little slow with to go orders. Expect 45+ minutes, and asking the employees multiple times where your order is. Drive Thru exists but is just as slow in my experience.Good food, expensive for the portions though. Would recommend, just expect to wait and pay. ?

I might be misspelling this wonderful woman’s name, but Katya at the 351 S Loop 336 W location is absolutely amazing. I ordered a few tacos and began to bite into my last one where I discovered a giant bone in the chicken. Katya must have seen the funny look on my face and rushed over to my table immediately. She was most sincere and provided the most caring service I have ever received in a restaurant. She took my basket and literally came back out with two new tacos within 5 minutes. I tried to explain that I only needed one taco, but she smiled and generously explained that it was okay. It was clear she wanted to make things right. She also came back to my table a few minutes after to make sure everything was okay. Wonderful customer service from Katya. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give this amazing woman a raise. She is a true asset to your company and deserves to be compensated. Thank you Katya for such wonderful service
